Pathetic product and even more pathetic service

I ordered Mamra almonds, dried fig and walnuts. Walnuts were of very poor quality. It was rotten. There were worms inside the walnuts. I called on the customer care number to return my product but no one picked the call. It has been a month since I received my order after paying the money but on the website it is still showing that order is on its ways and payment is pending due to which I was not able to proceed with a return request. Then I wrote a mail on the provided mail address, firstly they replied very late and secondly they asked me to share the images of the rotten product which I shared on the same day since then they have neither responded to mail nor picked up my phone. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

NOT ORDERING !! I was so impressed with their designs…

I was genuinely impressed by their beautiful designs and professional-looking website. I was ready to place an international order — but thankfully, I paused to read the reviews first. It's concerning that even local customers are experiencing poor customer service and inconsistent quality. If they’re unable to manage domestic orders reliably, I can't imagine the risk of ordering internationally. I’ve decided not to proceed. Truly disappointed, as I had high hopes.
I am giving 1 star for their marketing and website ONLY.

Order No. D-10119768 from Kashmir Box not recieved even after 20 days of ordering

I ordered two kaftans from Kashmir Box, but only one was delivered. Order No. D-10119768 .The 2nd one is yet to be delivered even after 20 days. The company has stopped responding to my emails. Phone numbers listed on the web site are switched off.
I have made full payment for both kurtas while ordering. Very disappointing experience. Very bad customer service. I am clueless about when my order will be delivered.

Worst and pathetic both services and product
More than a month I’m waiting for my refund they just delaying and yet not refund my money big mistake to purchase from this Kashmir box.
Please don’t buy anything from this company it’s a scam I’ll go to consumer court against this company.

Kashmir box is a big scam please nobody should buy anything from this website 1 month long battle I got refund product quality is bad pathetic customer service nobody has picked up the phone I’m saying that I will go consumer court against this company then finally I got my refund

I had ordered two kaftans from Kashmir Box, but only one was delivered. The packaging was so poor and flimsy that the packet was torn, and by mistake, my son received it. I paid for two items and even shared a video showing that the packet was damaged — and it’s clearly visible that it could only hold one kaftan.

Despite this, the company is refusing to help and has stopped responding. I have paid ₹1700, and it’s completely wasted. Very disappointing experience. I will never order from them again. This feels like a scam.

Ordered red chillies. Courier did not deliver because package was damaged. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
No one replies to emails or respond to phone calls.
After a long delay the issue was resolved by them. They sent a replacement

Really pathetic service from Kashmir Box. I ordered a phiran but received different colour and design altogether. When I asked to return they didn't pick my calls or respond to mails I shared. Worst customer service ever.

Worst online shopping experience

I had a disappointing experience with Kashmir Box. It took them over 45 days to deliver my order, and their customer service was mostly unresponsive. On the rare occasion I managed to get through, the support wasn’t helpful. Unfortunately, the long wait wasn’t worth it—the quality of the products was just average. I ordered two pieces, including a full set (kurta, salwar, and shawl), which turned out to be quite ordinary. You can likely find similar or better quality items at any nearby local Kashmiri stalls. Overall, this was my worst shopping experience with any Instagram/Facebook-promoted brand. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money.

The most horrible customer service…

The most horrible customer service experience I have ever had. Absolutely no response from them either through emails or phone calls. My phone calls don’t even get connected anymore. I wanted to return a product due to size issues but they’ve completely ghosted!

Disappointing Experience
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service . Despite numerous attempts to contact them over the past month regarding my refund, my calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered.

When I finally got through, the representatives made excuses instead of providing solutions. The lack of accountability and transparency is alarming.

I would advise caution when considering purchases from this brand. Their fake promises and poor customer service make for a frustrating experience.

The quality is great and comfortable

Received my order after 16 days of purchase. The quality is great and comfortable. Firstly, I thought my order would not arrive after several phone calls and emails from my side. At last, the order arrived through Aramex in Pokhara. I’m really happy with my order.

Temu quiet luxury!

Wish.com style rubbish. This company is a scam. They have a beautiful website, but they are selling you a dream.

I ordered four items for international delivery. They took ages to be dispatched, and no notifications were given. Communication was dire, with them promising to 'revert back' but they never did.

The order finally arrived after nearly a month. I was super disappointed with the cape, which looks nothing like the picture on the website. The material is clearly not the wool they advertised, but a thin, easily creased cotton unsuitable for the climate here. The embroidery is cheap looking and the zari gaudy, being machine- rather than hand-stitched. One of the papier mache boxes has a broken lid which doesn't fit on easily. Everything is of a very poor quality, badly packed, completely crumpled, and smelling of naphthalene or mothballs. So much for handmade delights, stealth wealth, and Kashmiri authenticity! 

They never got back about doing returns or arranging a refund. Their returns policy has many inadequacies, but nonetheless claims that one can avail a 'customer support team initiation of the process as per terms and conditions'. I tried this and they asked for a photo which I immediately sent. However, after this they never replied to advise about next steps.

I can now see why they keep their India website heavily protected from international eyes, as I can imagine Indians would be even more outraged by such high prices for shoddy goods. 

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
