It’s been a month since our Katzecure installation, and honestly, it’s completely changed how we live day to day. Our cats were strictly indoor before, and now we can have the garden door wide open without a second thought. They’re absolutely thriving out there - and they're safely contained.

The system works! Our of our persistent escape artists put it to the test and attempted twice to escape on day one. They have not tried since.

I won’t pretend it’s cheap - it was a big investment for us. But now that it’s done, I can say without hesitation that it’s been worth it. The quality is outstanding. There’s a lot of timber involved, and it looks great - we chose the timber roller option and we think it has a calm, tranquil vibe.

The two installers worked incredibly hard over two days tackling what is a very awkward garden - mixed fencing and walls at different heights, plus an L-shaped layout just to make things interesting! They were professional, polite, and consistently focused on finding solutions rather than problems.

One thing that really stood out is that the installers are employed directly by the company, rather than being contractors. You can tell - they clearly care about the end result, and the standard of workmanship reflects that.

All in all, it’s been a genuine game changer for us and for the cats. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

I’ve had my cat proofing system for a few years now and Katzecure came to do the annual maintenance check and were as friendly, professional and helpful as ever. So refreshing to have such good customer service and a company that really cares about the quality of their work!

My garden isn't very cat friendly as it backs onto 4 of my neighbours gardens and there is a busy road nearby. I was quite worried about letting my two 9 month old cats out, but they were getting very restless indoors! I spent a long time researching cat fences, a lot of companies use netting that attaches to the top of your fence, but I noticed a lot of reviews saying the netting was flimsy, kept falling down etc. Then I came across Katzecure, the trellis and poles are far more aesthetically pleasing and secure. Getting a quote was simple, you just send photos and measurements of your garden. The first day of installation everything is explained and you can ask any questions. It only took two and half days to install and it looks great! My cats love having the freedom to run outside. Once the fence is installed, you monitor them in the garden to make sure there are no escape routes and if you have any concerns you can just let them know! Fingers crossed they haven't tried to escape yet. I would highly recommend Katzecure!

I have just moved home and had Katzecure installed in my new garden. I had it at the previous house and the boys loved being able to go in and out of the garden whenever they wanted to. I love it because I know they can have the freedom, and I don't have the worry. Again, the fitters went above and beyond. It is a very collaborative process; they discuss any problem areas and offer solutions while they are there. Within a week of moving, the cats had their outside space and it settled them really quickly. As a bonus, the Katzecure system looks beautiful. It gives your garden a lovely Japanese zen feel; all natural wood poles and trellis. Would not use anyone else to keep my cats safe.

3 months on and the Katzecure fencing has held up!

I selected the timber rollers to blend in better with our existing wood fencing and it's done a great job of protecting the local birds and squirrels from my 2 cats, keeping other neighbourhood cats OUT of the garden, and most importantly, keeping my 2 cats in.

They haven't tried very hard to escape, but when they do try to chase a squirrel, the sight of the rollers jutting outwards from the fence gives them pause.

The installation was a stress-free affair as well. The team did a great job of keeping the garden tidy during installation, and helped fix our broken garden gate and remove a tree as a bonus! Worth every penny and I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat.

I have had Katzecure installed for a number of years at my current home and a previous address.

My neighbour recently had the fence between us replaced and Jack came and refitted the Katzecure system to the new fence as well as repairing other areas that I hadn’t asked about which was amazing. Such an amazing job with attention to detail.

Highly competent, reliable and friendly - a cat safe garden again - they dismounted the system in my old garden, stored the items and came to fit it when I was ready. Super attention to detail and keeps my cats perfectly safe!

Billy and the team were really helpful from the start. We emailed them lots of questions and they answered them all. It took us a while to book anything in but they were still really helpful and understanding. When we booked there was a bit of a wait as it was summer and they are in high demand! However, this was fine and expected. Matt came to do the majority of the fitting over 2 days. There was a delay with the order for the poles but Billy came out the next working day to personally fit the rest of the system. Both Matt and Billy were helpful with any questions or worries we had and adapted the system for greater peace of mind. We are really happy with the finished design. It has been fitted to a high standard and looks really nice. And best of all the cats are loving the garden. They are rescue cats who have only ever had a catio space for the 5 years we've had them and never been outside properly so we were very anxious that they might escape. We've had the system installed for about a month now and so far no escapes! We have been supervising them the whole time and they've tried to climb the fence a few times but not made it anywhere near the poles and hopefully it will stay that way. Overall very pleased with the system and happy that we can enjoy our garden with our cats.

The Katzecure team were great. From Billy to the install team they were very friendly. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend. The peace of mind knowing my cats are safe is priceless.

The end product looks incredible. They thought of every detail, like staining certain wooden pillars darker, so as not to have a severe contrast against the background. Honestly, very impressed with the quality of the product and the service. Highly recommend.

I’m so happy with my katezcure fence now I can leave doors open and not worry about my cats as they will be safe in the garden . Matt and Jay were lovely hard working and polite highly recommend this company

We've just made our garden cat safe thanks to the tireless efforts of Katzecure. It may be more expensive than other cat protection systems out there but it's well worth the money if you want your garden to look great with both discreet protection for your cat and peace of mind. Thank you guys for your hard work on the hottest day of the year and for installing in just one day. I can breathe a little easier now, hoping your system will keep my little feline rascal safe.

Really pleased with the rollers. They are very solid and well made.
They are an absolute god send. My Cat was going mad staying indoors all the time.
She now has the freedom to go outside whenever she wants and we have the peace of mind that she won't jump the fence and wonder off.
Shaun and Dave were really good and friendly.
The only thing I was disappointed in was the communication.
It would take them ages, sometimes days to reply to my emails and WhatsApp messages.

Had our new secure system fitted last week after a site visit by Billy. Matt & Forty worked tirelessly & with great care and respect for our garden, to ensure we had this fabulous system in place allowing the two escape artists free run of the garden. I have the happiest cats thanks to the amazing team at Katzecure. All the way through the process they have been professional and helpful. I am delighted with the installation and my cats are having the time of their lives enjoying the outside world safely.

After looking at various options we decided we preferred the aesthetics and looks of Katzecure.

From first contact everyone was really helpful and answered all of our questions.

We opted to have the site survey and we’re really pleased we did. Billy was very knowledgeable and helped reassure us that the system could be adapted to strengthen our areas of concern and cover all aspect of our garden.

Things moved very quickly once we decided to go ahead. We soon had an install date and we couldn’t be happier. Billy, Jay and Dave did an excellent job with the install. Everything was left clean and tidy and the system looks amazing now installed. They answered all our questions and talked us through their plans and processes. Making it all very clear.

The system looks fantastic. We chose to have trellis added as an extra and this just adds to the overall look.

So far we’ve not had any break out attempts but it’s only been a couple of weeks since install. We did have a visit from a neighbours cat, and given he couldn’t get out once in our garden, we are confident we won’t have any issues with our own cats.

Post install we opted to sign up for the maintenance plan for total peace of mind moving forwards.
