I ordered alot of chains and findings from them. I'm using them for making necklaces at home. They are all good quality. Nothing was damaged.

The only annoying thing i had to deal with was shipping. I chose E-Express shipping which was the 2nd cheapest, but my package kept being returned from the China Airport Security to their warehouse. This happened twice. And obviously i was upset and frustrated because i paid for fast shipping and yet i had to wait longer than the time described.

I communicated with their team and one thing i applaud them for is their extremely fast response. Their team would reply back within the same day within hours answering my questions. So, their customer service communication is amazing! Eventually, they asked me if they could just upgrade my shipping option to TNT(direct) and i asked if it would cost extra, and they said no it wouldn't. So i accepted and not even a week later i got my package.

So lesson learnt: Don't choose E-Express shipping. If you want to choose the cheapest but the most reliable, then choose TNT(direct) atleast.

Otherwise, i had a great experience with Kbeads. I'll be purchasing from Kbeads again.

I have made multiple orders with this company. Every order has been received correctly, and has been packed securely.

I have reached out to customer service on several occasions with questions about certain products, adding on to an existing order, etc. Responses have always been received quickly. Customer service even went out of their way to photograph an item that I had more questions about -- very impressive customer service.

My son and I escaped Slavery in Jan 2019, from a serial predator. I resumed making the jewelry our former owner made me produce for his profit, glad that the money was finally MINE, so that I can support my little boy. In the first year of Operation Freedom, I struggled greatly, because my former supplier was very mediocre. I didn't find KBeads until December. Then everything changed! 😻

I've made two large orders with KBeads.com, and they have already completely upgraded my jewelry selection... MUCH better quality of supplies than I was getting at my former source, for a much more reasonable price. I'll be able to place a third order very soon, and be able to upgrade the Family Vehicle quickly, after just selling a fraction of my Jewelry Inventory.

My second order was delayed by a snag in my finances (investor overspent the budget he said he had in January, he'll help in April if he can). The KBeads staff was extremely patient and kind, as they waited for me to sell enough jewelry to afford the order myself. When I was finally able to afford the large order on my own, they were very gracious, and the jewelry supplies I received were amazing!

Because of the excellent quality and prices on KBeads, my jewelry business, HippieClectic Hope, will be able to expand quickly. I've recently launched on Etsy (search for HippieClecticHope, I'm donating 25% to Andrew Yang's Humanity Forward Charity). And I will soon be able to apply for the Start-Up Visa Program, to emigrate my son and myself from the United States (commonplace exploitation and Slavery of people with Disabilities) to Canada (land of hope, dreams, equality, and opportunity). Because of KBeads, I'll be able to keep my son and self safe from our Former Owner (living completely Independently, and safely far away from him). In a year or two, I'll be creating new jobs for many people in Canada!
