Couldn’t fault at all
I purchased my car from KC KARS UK at the beginning of January and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and I felt really reassured throughout.
The team were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. I’ve had no issues with the car since buying it and I’m really happy with both the car and the service I received.
Would definitely recommend KC KARS UK to anyone looking for a reliable car and a trustworthy dealers

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I purchased a car which developed faults within the first few days of having it .The vehicle has since been returned to the company on two separate occasions for repairs and has spent a significant amount of time off the road.
Despite this, the issues have not been resolved satisfactorily. I have asked for a refund, but the company has instead tried to return the car to me after repeated repair attempts.
This has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and I feel my concerns have not been handled appropriately.
I would advise others to carefully consider this before purchasing.

Arranged on Monday to see the car on Friday. Got there on Friday and the car wasn't ready, they told me the car was out getting valeted, then 5 minutes later they said there was no one there to test drive the cars. 1st red flag. Got there and asked about the car to the owner, they said they don't know much and the guy test driving the car will tell me, got in th car to test drive and started asking questions about the car, and he said he doesn't know much and that the owner does. 2nd red flag. (Does anyone know anything about this car?) Got back after the test drive and asked if the alloys can be refurbished and the clutch changed. They said no they don't want to. 3rd red flag. I also asked about the free delivery within 20 miles(which I met the requirements for) they said no because of traffic and the time is takes. 4th red flag. I went home and thought they may just be having a bad day, let's give them a chance. Went back the following Monday to potentially negotiate on the car before taking it. I asked for the paper work, log book, MOT and service history. They had none of this ready for me. 5th red flag. When I queried this the owner had to call BMW to confirm these details and they advised her that it's available online, then the owner was trying to argue with me as if she knew this all along. 6th red flag. Who as dealership buys cars without any paperwork. Also the onsite mechanic is her partner, so don't trust the MOT passes and works completed. Overall not great, so I stated I don't do business like this and I'd like to withdraw from the deal and get my holding deposit back. The owner said they don't refund deposits. 7th red flag. Almost 60 days later I got my deposit back and the funds for the finance was sent back. Who takes that long to send money back. So unprofessional, unnecessary and disappointing. Do better.

I would give this minus stars if I could.
They are AWFUL. I brought a vauxhall mokka from them on the 13 November and have had nothing but problems since. On picking up the car the tyre sensor was on, I was told it would go off after driving for 10 minutes - it didn't. I drove nearly 300 miles back home so Im very fortunate nothing happened whilst I was on the motorway. They claimed they had done the timing before I collected because it was rattling but they lied. Nothing had been done. My finance company has asked them for proof but nothing has been sent, they are incredibly difficult to get ahold of, ignore messages, tell you they'll ring you but never do. I had a mechanic come out who told me the timing chain hasn't been done. The car is now completely undriveable, they are refusing to pick the car up for rejection so the finance company have organised for a recovery truck to take it back at the dealerships expense. It has been nothing but hassle and Id stay away from them as much as possible.

Initially Good communication and the delivery of service was good, however within the first 3 weeks I had to return the car to be fixed multiple times, timing chain snapped, thermostat needed completely replacing, and it was jolting each time I was in stand still..
after 5 weeks of back and forth and being lied to each time I called for an update or ignored..
(Also had to take unpaid leave from work, as they were terrible at communicating or given me any answers as to when I would
Get my car back) 6days they had it in total, and each time I called they fobbed me off, different story each time, but when I finally got it back it seemed like everything was ok with the car.
However fast forward another 7 weeks (warranty had ran out as only lasts for 3 months) the thermostat has completely broke again, took it to my regular garage who informed me that KC had previously replaced it with an old one that wasn’t specifically for my car and therefore useless, which in turn caused my car to severely overheat and burst my radiator.
This has turned out to be very expensive.
Please ensure if you buy from these dealers that you have your car fully checked by a reliable mechanic.
My car was £5000, and in the 4.5 months iv had it, it has cost well over £1000 to sort.
I would never recommend anyone to buy from here.
Happy to take your money, but unreliable in giving the service and respect.
On top of all that, my head gasket has now gone, so another 800 pounds needed to be spent.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at KC Kars. I was sold a faulty vehicle that consistently failed to start and caused major disruption to my daily life. Despite returning the car on Monday, 24 November 2025, I have received no communication or accountability from the dealership.
I am now out of pocket for transport, juggling work and personal commitments, all because KC Cars knowingly sold me a car that was clearly not fit for purpose. To make matters worse, I am still expected to pay high-interest finance on a car I cannot even use.
The lack of professionalism, responsibility, and customer care is shocking. I would strongly advise anyone considering KC Cars to think twice. My experience has been nothing but stress, inconvenience, and financial loss.

This dealership is a scam the car has been returned to them the same way I got it but in a very presentable condition since my ownership. The issues this car had was a second hand engine and turbo issue and coolant leaks. I have full proof of the condition of the car via images before it left my ownership. They have lied about issues the car already had so a delaying my money which I am fully entitled to. Kay’s husbhand Laughed and threatened to hit me as she was laughing in the background . if I turned up at kc kars and they call themselves “friendly and professional “ pls stay away from this dealership what ever you do do not touch this dealership you rather not have a car then go through these heartless people. They live off customers money and steal every penny.!!! I have been calling the finance for over two months as she was not willing to co operate this shows what type of people they are. Fake as they come!

Extremely poor experience – lack of integrity and transparency.
I left a £250 deposit with KC KARS UK DERBY 15.8.25 to hold a Vauxhall Mokka. I discovered the vehicle had a serious outstanding safety recall with the Takata airbag which has resulted in 28 known deaths which was never mentioned or disclosed by the dealer.
Rather than contacting me to discuss or rectify the issue, they sold the vehicle to another buyer — without telling me and without returning my deposit. I had to chase several times and escalate the situation before any resolution was even considered. I eventually got my money back 1.11.25.
This behaviour raises serious concerns about their ethics, transparency, and professionalism.
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this business to:
• Check for recalls independently
• Get all commitments in writing
• Think carefully before paying a deposit
A deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
