Visited the Lincoln store where we were warmly greeted and explained what we were looking for. Found just what we wanted, simple ordering process and sofas delivered on time. They were brought in and assembled by Tyler and Noah who did a great job. We would recommend KC Sofas to our friends and have done so already.

A few weeks ago we visited KC Sofas at Lincoln. We were met by James who explained the layout and left us to look around. He answered our questions and and options in a very professional manner. After checking sizes we eventually placed an order. Two weeks ago we were contacted to arrange for delivery and agreed on a date and time. On the day we were contacted 30 minutes before arrival and when Tyler and Nath arrived they unpacked and positioned our chairs and sofa exactly where we wanted them and removed all the packaging. We have been very impressed with the chairs and sofa and would like to say a big thank you to James, Tyler and Nath for the excellent service and who are all a credit to the company. KC Sofas are highly recommended by us.

Our 1st visit to showroom and Andrew? Was very obliging and listened to our criteria and thoughts, offering solutions, thank you. Lead time was as advised and delivery date duly agreed. Kami and Sam delivered and set up with minimum fuss and no disruption, very polite and quiet in their work, thank you all.

The showroom in Doncaster was excellent clean bright and airy with a great range of products on display. We picked the sofa style and colour we wanted and upgraded to a leather which we are extremely pleased with. The delivery times we adhered to and the two men Tyler and Nath who delivered the settee were very helpful, friendly and professional and even demonstrated the reclining feature and also checked the usb points were working. Overall 10/10 and we would recommend this company to anyone

Wow fantastic, it was so nice to walk round the store no pressure at all , wonderful lady and gentleman so friendly, we purchased a beautiful three seater sofa and a snuggle chair, and the biggest pouffe , feather suite, I have seen , everything from start to finish was excellent the delivery gents where so friendly and nice what more could you ask for from a wonderful company, I certainly recommend this store ,. But a plus is the Staff wonderful.

Great experience all round from sales to delivery. Chloe was extremely helpful helping measure out my living room, in the show room. Nathan and Tyler were great on delivery, running ahead of schedule, informing me ahead of their arrival, and taking care in my home.

We had a good service from KC sofas, at Barnsley from entering the store, Joanne was very helpful and knowledgable about the furniture, there was no hard sell involved, and we were left to look around happily.
The lads who delivered our sofa Kami and Sam, was very respectful of our property and totally experienced.
We asked a question about our sofa, Kami was quick to phone customer service, and answered our question straight away.
We would definitely recommend them.
