Very pleasant driver of the large vehicle that delivered large bags of topsoil and several fence panels, very efficiently.
The soil is of high quality and the panels are appear very strong.

A very good price for the boards but a…
A very good price for the boards but a few were bent like a banana which the driver must have seen. Prompt delivery but it was just left on the drive with no notification that delivery had been made. A simple text would’ve done the job. Overall though good price and quick delivery

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the price and speed of delivery, though we’re sorry that aspects of your experience fell short of expectations.
As timber is a natural product, some movement or slight warping can occur, particularly with changing temperatures and moisture levels. However, we always want our customers to be happy with what they receive, and if any items are damaged or unsuitable, we’re more than happy to arrange replacements free of charge.
We’re also sorry to hear that you weren’t notified when the delivery was made. Our normal procedure is to send a message when we are on the way and knock on arrival, so we’ll be looking into what happened on this occasion.
