Keepers is a Godsend. I happen to find myself in-between moving and Keepers has really helped me during this stressful time in my life. There facility is very clean and well maintained. There kind and courteous staff assured me that my storage is safe guarded.

They did a nice job, were very helpful and the location was convenient with plenty of space to work unloading. The price of the monthly storage for a 5x5x8 was the same as the price of my first 2 bedroom garden apartment in Bayside Queen back in the early 70's, $164. Kind of shows you how the value of our money has shrunk over the past 40 years.

The staffs are very helpful, and they are willing to work with you if a cause occurred that allow you not to move in accordingly. They are good, and nice people.
The storage area is position in a not too traffic area which is good for me. The unit is very secured that it required two locks, a good determent. The area is clean, and maintained. I think they should have a garage bend but if that will increase rental fees - No!

I was in a panic to move suddenly and Keepers was an absolutely ideal turnout in a pinch! Lynda was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I was able to get set up very quickly and painlessly, and when I had to move my reservation the next day to a larger space, it happened just as easily! I will forever recommend Keepers to friends.

The checkin process was done in a way that makes sense, allowing you to get your stuff into your space without too much extra hassle, and the security processes made me feel comfortable leaving my things there. Many of the other storers(?) I ran into moving in had been there for multiple years, which also made me feel better.

My mother used them to rent a Uhaul, so I decided to use them for a Uhaul and storage unit. I called the day before to arrange both. When I picked up the truck, the agent told me my storage unit would be on the 2nd fl. I returned 1 hr later to find that the elevators in both buildings had been painted that same day!! How was I supposed to get furniture upstairs? Why didn't the agent know they would be painted? Why would they paint the elevators on the weekend, their busiest days?!?!? The agent wanted me to call around to other storage places to see if they had available units. After almost an hour, she finally called the manager, who said for her to put down boxes in the elevator, and he would just have them repainted. Why didn't she think of calling him earlier? I only need the unit for a few weeks, but I will never use them again.

It often seems like there is no real system in place for dealing with anything but the most typical scenarios. Any time anyone has to change a unit size, get second unit, alter a billing method, the first point of contact never completely understands what needs to be done and or how to do it. and always acts like it is the customers fault and/or managements.
