I ordered two 10 x 8 graduation photo frames. The frame is good quality and the personalisation very neat.
Dispatch and delivery was super quick ( ordered Thursday arrived Saturday) Packaging was excellent. Happy all round and would recommend.

I ordered a photo frame engraved yesterday, and had next day delivery. DPD then said they had tried to deliver (when they hadn't) I spoke to Nathan at keep it personal and he was on it straight away. Within 15 mins the frame was delivered - he was amazing, kind and understood that I needed the frame for this evening.
The frame and engraving itself are fantastic and the amazing customer service to top it off, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants quality products with amazing customer service to match!

I was looking to purchase a good quality engraved wine glass for a friend's 80th birthday. I found Keepitpersonal online, I liked the look of their goods and ordered a wineglass with my personal message. I placed my order on 9th January and received my order on 12th January. The glass is of good quality, the engraving was first class, the goods were well packaged. Will use this company again fir personal gifts.

I have searched everywhere and emailed various companies as I wanted something specific- not unusual - just specific for my sons 18th birthday.

I received a variety of unhelpful responses and hoops to jump through.

I emailed keep it personal and with a very short period of time ( less than 20 minutes!) I had a simple answer - I ordered my product and emailed again with what I wanted and 3 possible options - within 10 minutes I was told I could have any of the options and my product was dispatched the same day!

I ordered a glass block with a personalised message - it’s beautiful ⭐️

I am over the moon with it! It arrived well packaged and beautifully gift wrapped and exactly what I had been looking for!
