Terrible scam company! I set a subscription for 5 bottles of NMN capsules and it was £71.96 then they increased the price with no notification and have charged me on multiple occasions £98.96! I will be contacting trading standards! They’ve ignored several emails!! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Disappointing experience – inaccurate product information.
I purchased Keka Naturals NMN Complex after checking the ingredients listed on their website, which stated that the capsules were made from **HPMC (vegetarian capsules). However, the product I received clearly states "Hard gelatin Capsule Shell". As I cannot consume gelatin due to my religious dietary requirements, this was a significant issue. I relied on the information on their website and took the supplement for several days before discovering the discrepancy.
I contacted the company about this but, despite the ingredient information subsequently being removed from the website, I have still not received a response to my complaint.
I am also disappointed that the company does not appear to provide batch-specific third-party testing for its products, and the test report available on the website is, in my view, outdated. For a supplement company, I would expect greater transparency and up-to-date independent testing.
In my opinion, there are better and more competitively priced NMN products available on the market from companies that provide more transparency regarding testing and product information. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Keka Naturals.

I would leave them no stars if I could I placed a order I no idea who they delivered it to and rather than replace the order or a refund they said it my fault as the door number was not on the label but the door number was on the order and just in case it wasn’t the door number was on the billing information would not recommend to anyone and will be reporting to trading standards

I bought a large quantity of gummies from Keka Naturals after reading all the advertising. Having taken them for ages I've not noticed any difference but assumed it was all internal and hopefully they were doing something. After reading some articles on how important it is to verify third party testing I emailed Keka Naturals to ask for their most recent independent report to ensure quality. Weeks later and not even an acknowledgement. I am therefore now looking elsewhere for a more trustworthy brand.

Been using this brand for a long time, and the fact that these are tested is just icing on the cake.

Purchased 12th January 2026 and i have been taking these mushroom gummies for over 2 months and I feel zero different. No weight loss, no help with reflux or sleeping.

My wallet is around £40 lighter, but that's it. .

Additional: They're now asking for my purchase reference number, 9 months after my purchase! If it could put a screenshot of my bank statement on here, I would. My emails from keka naturals do not have reference numbers!

I’ve been using various capsules from this brand for several months, and I’ve had no issues with them. They’ve been easy on my system and have worked as expected, though there’s still a little room for improvement.

No response to any of my questions.

Keka Naturals advertises their Gluthatione & vitamin C as Liposomal, but it is not Liposomal delivery, it is just powder. I would avoid this company at all cost for supplements, because if they are falsely advertising something, then you can’t be sure, and it’s important that you can trust what you’re putting in your body. This goes against CRA 2015, as goods should be “as described”, I’ve emailed them and submitted a review on their website with videos but I noticed that my review doesn’t show, so I think they’re also purposely taking out low rated reviews on their website. I completely would not recommend.

I do feel better! Felt it right after 3rd use so it has to be it. Can't say anything negative right now as I need to take it for a couple of months for some solid feedback but right now its working as I hoped.

Took Kekanaturals NMN for a few months but no change was felt. Asked via email twice for test results but never received reply. Opened up a capsule to see if it tasted citrussy like NMN should, but it didn't taste of anything so threw the rest in bin. I have started taking NMN from Vivanmn. They taste how NMN should!

False/Fraud advertising of their NMN, it says 1000 mg but when you receive the bottle it says only 500 mg of the whole is NMN but they do not show that on their website.
Also the actual quality is very low or is not NMN at all, Ive had quite a few real NMNs and this doesnt act like one

Been using their products for a while, especially their nmn, seems good for what it is. Customer support is great, provided test results upon request.

After blindly purchasing NMN from this company I have since completed a great deal of research about NMN and what to look for when buying.

This company claims to be selling tested and certified NMN tablets however when you look at the test certificate it does not even show that the tablet contains NMN. They are misleading buyers and selling NMN tablets which do not contain NMM. Shame on them.
