I strongly encourage anyone considering Kelly Maxwell’s mesh or meshless integration training to carefully evaluate the promises and contractual terms before investing.

I paid $4,500 for my original certification and later paid another $6,995 for a class represented to me as being limited to 10 students. Instead, 27 attended, substantially affecting the value and individual instruction I expected. Including tuition, travel, and related expenses, I invested nearly $15,000 with this company.

After completing the training, I was asked to sign additional documents restricting who I could teach the methods to, including people working in my own salon. The documents also stated a $25,000 penalty per incident for teaching what I had learned or making statements considered disparaging toward Kelly Maxwell. I refused, and I was subsequently removed from the company’s salon locator despite having paid for and earned my certification.

I also have serious concerns about the origin and ownership of the meshless curriculum. After reviewing earlier materials and the timeline, I found information that led me to believe Emy Hassan developed the curriculum before Kelly began presenting and rebranding very similar education as her own. In my opinion, this raises legitimate concerns about attribution and professional ethics.

Before each class I attended, Kelly knelt and prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. As a Christian, I found the contrast between that public expression of faith and business practices I experienced as lacking transparency and ethics very troubling.

Given the class size discrepancy, restrictive terms presented after my investment, removal from the salon locator, stated financial penalties, and concerns about the curriculum’s ownership, I cannot recommend this company or its training.

I was very hopeful for the topper i recieved! I've been struggling with the loss of my hair and thought this was the answer. The first few days were AMAZING!!! I felt confident and pretty again.... after the first week, the topper became matted. It didn't matter if I slept on it, if I sat for ten minutes in a chair, or if I layed down for a minute. I reached out to my trusted hair stylist for what to do.( the person who installed it, and did so with the technique trained by kelly. ) She asked me what products I had been using..while all were salon grade products, Kelly Maxwell( founder of the topper) suggested sapphire products ... not only did I spend money changing all of my products on the old topper, I equally bought a new topper and used those products on it from the beginning. Nothing seemed to work. My stylist reached out to Kelly several times in hopes of fixing it. I truly believe my stylist did everything in her power to help me and her other clients who struggled with the same issues I had. She has always been a person who cares about her clients and her work. With that said. My stylist sent the hair back after being told she would get a full refund... once the hair was returned, Kelly DID NOT refund any money. She threw the hair in the garbage through her own admission.... So now im out my hair and the $650 I spent on it. There have been countless attempts at some kind of rectifying the situation with Kelly and no response has been attributed. While the idea of this product has potential it needs some help both with the mechanics of the product and the business people behind it. In short- Do not just anyone with your hair. Kelly does not care about you. Only her shitty product and making money off of someone.

I purchased Kelly Maxwell's Hair Extension CEO University class which promised to help us launch a successful hair extension line within months from her trusted vendor.

The vendor sent me (And everyone in class) bad hair that tangled and matted. Kelly refused to help us, deleted the group chat, and has taken no responsibility for giving us a bad vendor.
