If Apple did hire software!
I’ve been using OnRent for our hire business for a few years now, and overall it’s been a really positive experience.
The system is clean, intuitive, and very easy to use day-to-day, if Apple designed hire software, this is probably what it would feel like. Everything flows well, looks great, and makes managing hires much more efficient.
Where it can struggle slightly is when things don’t go exactly to plan. It’s very much a “happy path” system, so if something falls outside of the usual process or a mistake needs correcting (which happens often), it can be a bit less flexible and takes more effort to work around.
That said, for the majority of day-to-day operations, it does exactly what you need it to do and does it very well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, user-friendly hire system.
