This is our second car leased through Graham and his team, as always his team are more than happy to help at any point. This was a car for my wife and Thomas helped her create a list of vehicles to choose from based on what she was looking for, finally settling on a Hyundai Tucson. Though the car intially was ordered January/February 2022 with an eta of September 2022, it didn’t arrive until April 2023, this was of course an issue at manufacturer level, Thomas, Graham and Charlie were always happy to chase the manufacturer, look at other potential vehicles and even assisted with extending the lease on her current vehicle at the time. In conclusion, the key2lease team are a team of consummate professionals who know their industry inside and out, who will do anything for their customer no matter what it takes. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to lease a vehicle.

Thomas answered the phone straight away (rare occurrence nowadays) and has been fantastic throughout the whole process. From discussing options, obtaining quotes and then the customer care from placing the order, to taking delivery and even the after care, has been first class.

Seldomly, do I feel I must write a review
Seldomly, do I receive a level of service from a supplier where I feel I must acknowledge their efforts in writing.
Thomas Thacker and the entire Key2lease team have been outstanding from my first call to delivery of cars. I set Thomas what I believed was the insurmountable challenge of securing two 2022 - I4 M40 BMWs for us where all others were quoting last quarter of 2023! Not only did he deliver the cars but incredibly he also met our specification wishes! At one point I believed he must be of German ancestry. Importantly Thomas also bettered our existing funding options thus also reducing our planned monthly outlays. Process from start to finish was both simple and enjoyable using phone and e-mail to complete. I would strongly recommend Key2Lease and especially Thomas Thacker to anyone who is looking to add to their fleet or looking for a personal vehicle.
