the customer service is rude and disgraceful and the same horrible person. the games are all bought with stolen credit cards and you will get console banned with their warranty. this company should be shut down it’s awful and so are the people who work there. he refused to assist me and answer my questions, he continually disconnected, and was rude and hurtful and useless. fire this worthless employee

They sell me a used code. Now, no one responds.

This is a total scam site, i bought 2 keys for farming simulator 25 and been in contact with trustly and Giants software.

Giants software told me that they where keys bought with stolen credit cards, and trustly told me they go under the company name "ANHUI HEXING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD"

Been trying to get in contact with keyekey.com but no response.

semplice, ho comprato un account con dentro un gioco e dopo nemmeno 1 mese scopro che lo stesso account è stato rivenduto ad altre 3-4 persone minimo, nonostante abbia provato più volte a parlare con loro tramite chat/email, ti rimbalzano continuamente, "ti rimborseremo giorno X, arriva il giorno X niente" oppure: ti diamo un altro account con il gioco, ovviamente anche questa volta nulla, ho provato un ultima volta a parlare con loro, praticamente hanno bloccato il mio IP per riscriverli ho dovuto usare una connessione/dispositivo non mio, per farvi capire quanto sono ladri.
ho provato vari siti, questo è il peggiore di tutti ve lo assicuro, usate KINGUIN.NET efficaci e sopratutto onesti

Der Key wird von Giants (Entwickler) gesperrt und von diesem wurde auch darauf hingewiesen dass es sich um einen s.g. "Fraud-Key" handelt.
Lasst die Finger von diesem Shop! Das Geld bekommt man nicht wieder und per LiveChat werden nur falsche Tatsachen behauptet, die selbst Giants widerlegt!
