Pjs shorts sets are the same item listed as shorts and t sets
Deliver paid for next day didn’t arrive until 5 days from order placed.
Pj shorts sets are just the shorts and t sets renamed and shorts far to thick and uncomfortable around the waist for sleeping in.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.
Regarding the delivery, your order was placed on 22/06/2026 at 17:05 and was dispatched the following morning on 23/06/2026 at 08:40. Unfortunately, any delay after dispatch was with Royal Mail, and this was during the UK heatwave when some delivery services were experiencing delays. We do appreciate how frustrating this is, especially when a faster delivery service has been selected.
In relation to the product, the shorts sets are designed as a T-shirt and shorts set, and many of our customers do use them as pyjamas. We understand that comfort is personal, especially for sleepwear, and we’re sorry to hear that you found the waistband too thick for your preference.
We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board.

After being a customer for over 10…
After being a customer for over 10 years, I've got to say I'm absolutley disgusted with how this company has handled a large amount of faulty items we've received.
Photos of said faulty items were emailed over to then be told we needed to return them (which is fine) however at the cost to us, so we pointed this out and they agreed to sort collection by dpd. Parcel of faulty items was ready to collect from our offices where staff were there all day, dpd didn't bother to come into the building to collect faulty items so kwc are trying to charge us for collection despite dpd being at fault and won't resolve the faulty items until we've paid for collection.
Kwc are taking dpds word over their long standing customer who has cctv footage of said day collection was supposed to be made.
Very disappointed
We have since arranged the return ourselves and waited for a refund which is now short of over £50

We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with how this has been handled.
As explained, we were happy to assess the items in person once they were returned to us. We first offered for the parcel to be dropped at a DPD collection point, which is approximately 0.8 miles from your address, but you advised that this would not be possible.
To help resolve the matter, we then arranged a DPD collection from your premises. Unfortunately, the collection attempt was recorded as failed and we were still charged for this by DPD. We then offered another solution: for you to post the items back to us, with the return postage cost refunded once received. This was also declined.
We do understand your frustration, but we have tried to offer several reasonable ways to get the items back so they can be assessed and the matter resolved. At this stage, we are unable to complete the assessment or process a resolution until the goods are returned to us.

We’re sorry for the rare occasions where items have arrived soiled, damaged or with an odour. This is never the standard we aim for, and we always appreciate customers letting us know so we can resolve it quickly.
Regarding stock, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when staple items sell out. We do our best to restock as quickly as possible, but some replacement shipments can take longer to arrive into the UK due to production and shipping lead times.

Amazing quality
