Exactly as expected except faster delivery than expected!!! Ordered and received my rug in less than a week. It was an actual Turkish rug over dyed to give it new-life. Very very modern.

Great AR on Mobile Feature, Super Quick and Reliable Shipping
I have been looking at this one particular rug for a couple of months and finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. Their AR feature on the phone is incredibly helpful. My rug was shipped via FedEx and came super quick to the US, packed with care, and customer service team were incredibly caring for when there was a slight error on fedex’s end. Great price for the amazing quality
The website was easy to navigate and the rug was even more beautiful in real life. It's hard to judge color online but Kilim Studio did a great job with the photo images of this runner. We LOVE it! I was worried about finding a rug of the length we need and they made it so easy. Plus the price was right for the amazing quality.
