I love my runner
I love my runner! It looks even better in person. The colors are rich and vibrant. And because it’s a kilim rug, I can get a plusher rug pad and it won’t be a problem with the door.

A ‘rugged’ and fun experience
The shopping experience was very good. Lots of clarity around the transaction and shipping. The rug arrived without damage. I am a little disappointed with the color brightness. The rug appears quite a bit less vibrant than the photograph. Unfortunately, I think that issue is hard to avoid when using photography on-line etc. and a more experienced buyer would be more savvy to this aspect when seeing that it is classified as ‘vintage’. All that said, it is a wonderful and authentic piece of great art and I do not regret purchasing it one bit.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. The vintage wool runner was well packaged, and the design/color exactly as described. It shipped from Turkey via FedEx and arrived IN JUST A WEEK which is fantastic considering customs clearance requirements. Will definitely recommend and use again!!

Good quality but disastrous color mismatch
Nothing wrong with the quality of the rug, which arrived carefully packed and in good shape. But the colors definitely did not match our expectations, despite the website images with the crayon samples. We enlarged the image and set it against the rugs we have in the room. It looked like a good fit. But what seemed like a deep brownish red and orange-gold-brown palette turned out to be a very dominant purple. The individual crayon colors don't capture the overall effect of the rug when viewed in person. We have two antique kilims in the room that are fairly subdued in color. We would have been happy for "close enough," but the very sharp purple makes it impossible to go in the room. So that's disappointing. We don't hold it against the company. Color is just hard to gauge when you're relying on pixels.
