Kin Custom Avis 

I'm loving how my designs are printed i love the options available. I would like to ask if you could put in the option for boots and hats that's what I would love to see happen and if you were able to sell a cleaner for the canvas shoes would be great items that I know I would purchase if available. everything else is perfectly fine with the site in my opinion as a user of kincustom

Kin Custom have the WORST customer service ever! They take days to respond by email which you have to submit a ticket through their website and the worst part is that it takes AT LEAST two days (at best) for EACH response... So if communication isn't smooth and you ask another question you have to wait allll over again. They don't offer any other communication options. They need a phone number or chat support otherwise it's impossible to run a business using their products. And as dropshippers they shouldn't have a big 'MADE IN CHINA' sticker stuck to each package, it looks tacky and like something from Aliexpress. Their prices are also very high and even IF you get a discount on bulk orders it's not good enough because the shipping is so expensive. They also only display prices in USD which makes it hard because of converting currencies, difficult to work out profit. Also surprised they don't offer more kid's options, adult slides, caps, face masks etc. Their custom branded tags fade when washed just once so that's another disappointment considering they cost extra per item. Communication is EXTREMELY poor, still waiting on a refund from two weeks ago and haven't received a response to complaints in 5 days.

You guys do a pretty good job! I love the custom branding sets, it really helps my brand stand out. I wish as a shop owner we had more control to design and control our site. More products would be nice as well, like the face masks that's high in demand right now.

Bring back 3X sizes. Y’all have been great to work with tho!

there wasn’t any holiday sales for us this year which is unfortunate. I still have emails you haven’t replied to I still have refunds owed to me. I’d like more font options. better response time. I want refunds on orders I paid for expedited shipping in my order still came late. it’s a good a nice company just looking forward to more.

Great work for the most part ! Received only 1 item that was defective . Had black markings on the shirt, unfortunately! But everything else had came out as created !

Overall Kin Custom is the best and what’s even greater is their packaging. I’m satisfied all the way around.

I gave four stars only reason I didn’t give five stars is because Kin custom isn’t friendly towards the bigger heavier sizes community, especially female sizes in tights and shirts. Female sizes only go to extra large and there’s plenty women in this world who wear sizes bigger than that. Lastly why do the women have the color red option but men don’t?
