Kingswood Avis 

My daughter has just returned from a trip to the wales location and has had an awful time. She has come home unwell and exhausted having had a terrible experience. Rude staff, faeces stains on the mattresses, crawling with spiders- even in the food! Staff were rude and activities were cobbled together as if they hadn’t even been planned. Extremely loud all night so no sleep was had and the whole experience sounds horrific. Very disappointing.

my daughter is in Yr 6 and she went really exited then came home saying it was not what she expected the activities were fine but sadly the bathroom and toilet were a let down one bathroom shower was flooding and the toilet would not flush and the smell was disgusting one of her friends bathroom toilet had over flowed due the low water pressure in my opinion the whole place could do with an upgrade and every time one child shuts the door my daughter said it vibrates

I’m just absolutely exhausted from this hell. Please someone sort this place out, pop on the beds, blood in the sinks, staff were no older than 16 and the food was sickening. The activities made me want to run away and hide in a corner the instructor asked me how’s it going about 9 times she looked like she was on something suspicious, no signal couldn’t use my phone

Disgusting! Kids had food poisoning. Hygiene rate should be immediately reviewed. Food is horrible, dirty dishes, dirty cups. Lots of crawling insects in rooms, on beds... Horrible experience. This should be visided by some authorities and checked, absolutely awful

From start to finish we had an amazing time! We took a group of children aged between 9 and 11. The children had an amazing experience, all the activities were well suited. They were given plenty of time on each activity. All the instructors were friendly and welcoming. Food was good, the children never complained and always had plenty to eat. All the staff at Duke house couldn't do enough to ensure the children enjoyed their time at the residential.

Very knowledgable staff helped me choose a new clean water pump for my van. Great price, great service and a great shop ..... Thanks again

Absolutely wonderful staff who work super hard to make sure everyone has a positive experience. The activities on offer are also brilliant. There is something for everyone, not just the big thrill seekers. Overall a truly fabulous place!

Brought my daughter and her bestie to your open day today, and wow what a day they had! Lots of activities on offer and has helped my daughter get over her fear of heights thanks to the really encouraging staff! They will sleep well tonight! Great day, thank you 🤩

Had a lovely day at Kingswood open day 2024 where they was raising money for charity . Lovely event , The kids and adults had the best time using all your facilities and taking part in lots of activities. Thank you to all the staff especially Yaz who went out of her way to show us where activities where and making sure everybody felt welcome and knew their way around the site . Thank you all . Hoping this event will return next year

My daughter recently had her school residential trip to Kingswood and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of her class mates had a birthday while there and they went out and bought her a cake. She liked how if there wasn't something on the menu someone liked they would make them something else. She enjoyed the activities and her room she said was nice.
