A Few Key Facts
Anyone dealing with this Company should be aware of a few facts. 'Kitchen Shoppe Designs Ltd' in Harrow have been trading for just a few months now. According to Companies House and from official records I have seen, the two directors of this new enterprise have not changed. They were previously trading at the same location in Harrow, under the name of 'The Kitchen Shoppe Ltd'. We were notified by email on 23rd June 2023 that the Company had been forced to undergo liquidation. Subsequently, on the 14th September 2023 'The Kitchen Shoppe Ltd' entered into voluntary liquidation. The Company gave us no direct contact information; all Company phones remained unanswered. As a customer, I had paid out thousands of pounds and we subsequently found out that our Hacker kitchen units had not even been ordered from the manufacturers in Germany. It was a complete mess and the Company failed to provide our new kitchen units. I think anyone dealing with 'Kitchen Shoppe Designs Ltd' should exercise extreme caution.
FOOTNOTE 16-02-24: I am amazed that the Company in their reply, have stated 'all customer obligations were fulfilled, despite the liquidation'. This was totally not my personal experience. We paid half the cost of our new kitchen units. Despite this, the Company did not pay Hacker, the unit manufacturers in Germany; therefore our order could not be put into production. It should be noted, we were not reimbursed by the The Kitchen Shoppe in any way. The new Company should be ashamed making false statements. I would suggest anyone dealing with the new Company (whatever their name) be extremely careful.

We want to extend our deepest apologies for any inconvenience experienced by their customers during this transition period. However, it's crucial to highlight that arrangements were made with the manufacturers to ensure that all customer obligations were fulfilled despite the liquidation. Everyone is grateful for their cooperation in facilitating this process.
The 37-year legacy has been built on serving our community and providing for numerous families, and we remain committed to continuing this tradition and hence taking over the responsibility of those families.
Furthermore, we'd like to clarify that the brand "Kitchen Shoppe" is no longer the property of Kitchen Shoppe Ltd or Kitchen Shop Designs Ltd. It has been licensed to other retailers in the country as well like Kitchen Shope Designs Ltd. This development allows us to focus on restructuring and improving our operations, while ensuring that the brand continues to thrive under capable hands.
