First time investor from overseas and I was very nervous. Chris Tomes was my consultant and he explained me really well regarding the whole process. After sales team member Michelle assisted me with entire paperwork.

I am writing this review after 5 months with my investment. Glad to report that I am extremely happy. I would not hesitate to invest with Knight Knox again.

The reason why i wanted to invest is because i saw that they were a big company which is why they should be trustworthy. Don't want to go too much in details but they know what they are doing, encouraging you to use their solicitors, not knowing that the contracts are not at your benefit at all. Leaving you with nothing if it goes wrong and trust me i have spoken to a couple of investors it goes wrong often.

When I was reading the reviews, i thought to myself it is just a small amount of people not agreeing or having a bad experience with Knight Knox. The answer is NO there are 100+ people losing money to them they are truly a (legit) scam which makes sense why they are so big.

Do not invest in them! I am at the moment trying to get my money back and they made sure to collect the 2nd bunch of my payment and short after announce that the developers wouldn't be able to build, some dodgy stuff. Worse is they are using some dodgy third party in their contract making it harder for you to ever see your money back.

Please note that this company Knight Knox is a scam, they with their fancy websites lure people into investing through them and they suggest you to involve their solicitors (most of which have now been seized under SRA- solicitors regulatory authority)

They work through these solicitors and then deny having any links with them. Thing is they target foreign investors who can’t be there at the time of agreement signing.

I will be suing them by taking them to the court very soon.

Do not invest through them as they back off as soon as you face any issue. They are there for their own cut, once they get their share they will deny having connections with any of the solicitors

Please avoid investing with Knight Knox

From start to finish the whole process was quite painless. All my questions were answered, flexibility with time frames on completion was very helpful and all monies have been paid on time each month.

Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very good service. However, a little confusion during the process and unable to get any update from the developer of Axiom.
