Best buy for me as I only needed two…
Best buy for me as I only needed two small door knobs . Most site I went on was either multiple pack or packs of 4 or 8 . Knobbles & Bobbles had such a wide variety to choose from & all really unusual designs . Picked to beautiful flower & beaded design. Good delivery time extremely well priced and really high quality knobs . Would definitely recommend using Knobbles and Bobbles

Replacement handbag strap.
We wanted a strap for a hand bag as per the photo shown. What we received was a metre of the strap without the fittings. We emailed the company pointing out that the photo of the product showed a complete unit with fittings. We suggested that this was misrepresentation. They responded and said that this had never come up before and removed the photo. No offer of compensation, or fittings. Very disappointed with their response. If they had offered the fittings at a reduced price, we would have considered this, but they didn’t. Not impressed with their lack of customer service.

Lovely cupboard handles and very quick delivery Also bought some hanging ornaments (beautiful) but one of them was broken. Received replacement within 48 hours of notifying them. Excellent customer service.

Lovely ceramic knobs
The ceramic knobs in two sizes are lovely and well-made. They arrived promptly and will look great on my dresser.
I did enquire whether the bolts supplied could be shortened by the company but they unfortunately do not offer this service or a choice of bolt lengths. I will have to shorten them myself, so have checked online how to do this. Hopefully I will succeed and they will eventually look good on my dresser.

Really lovely door knobs
Really lovely door knobs. There was a great selection and I found it really easy to filter results to what I was looking for, i.e. 12 different door knobs to add interest to a chest of drawers. They arrived quickly and well packaged, so I'm really pleased.

Beautiful door knobs.. but lack of customer service
The door knobs I bought were beautiful I won’t deny that, 3 of them arrived not to standard I did email about it but got reply or any help on what I should do so a little disappointed in the customer service. Overall the they are very pretty.
