Does not even deserve one star. This is clearly a scam — stay away at all costs!!!
After placing my order, I never received the item and was left completely without any information about the shipment. The customer support is nonexistent: no replies to emails, no way to reach anyone, and no updates whatsoever. It feels like once they have your money, they simply disappear.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.

3 months later and I still haven't received my item. Scammers !!!!

Broek besteld op basis van de foto op de website (gladde stof, nette pantalon), maar een compleet ander product ontvangen. In plaats daarvan kreeg ik een ribbroek (corduroy) met een totaal andere stof, snit en uitstraling. Dit is geen kleine afwijking, maar een ander artikel dan geadverteerd.

Daarnaast heb ik twee keer contact opgenomen om dit probleem te melden, maar tot op heden geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Het uitblijven van communicatie maakt de ervaring nog teleurstellender.

Dit wijst op misleidende productpresentatie en zeer gebrekkige klantenservice. Ik raad deze winkel af.

Avoid at all costs! No response when I needed to return items, had to open a case with PayPal and they still ignored them! Refund via PayPal, do not buy from these people!

I really hope you read all these reviews before placing an order. Unfortunately I didn’t and got scammed. It took a month for my order to turn up for starters. Using the size guide on the website, I ordered a waist of 31.5”. What turned up, was a pair of trousers with a waist size of just 24”. I have email 4 times asking for a return, only to be completely ignored. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy anything from this website. It is a SCAM!

This is a scam. The items took a month to arrive and the size is much too large. The quality is poor and not a word from sales when trying to return. I should have looked at the reviews.

Quality is appalling, sizing is wrong. No response from support@ email asking to return. Avoid these scam artists.

Placed an order took forever to be delivered, quality was absolutely appalling, contacting customer services through their website and email. support at ko-korrik com but they do not respond nor through the link on their website.
Limited time for returning items, but you can't return without authorisation?
Products are nothing like what they display avoid contact your bank for money back if not received.

My order never arrived - They never reply to the requests via the support channel. Do not buy anything from them - I can't believe I bought something from them without checking them out here first. Avoid like the plague.

Not only did it take 3 weeks to get my order, they sent the wrong items, and despite several emails they have not responded, nor do they have a contact number to call and complain/obtain a refund.

I would avoid this Company..It appears to be a bit of a scam.... I ordered a Mens Cardigan 01-12-2025.... I had no reply when I asked via their support email, for a delivery update... The item has just arrived 04.01.2026, and it is a peice of Garbage!!! It cost £44, and if I'd seen it in a Shop, I honestly wouldnt have given £4 for it!!! Its Nothing like the Cardigan Advertised. Different material, different weave, different colour, and Nowhere near the Size I ordered.... I have tried contacting them for a Return Label & Refund, via the email address they advertise in their refund/return Policy Guide, and it keeps bouncing back, saying its an incorrect address.... I shall persevere with trying to get some contact and a refund

Bestilte 2 par bukser i start december og varen er stadig ikke kommet. Er sikker på
det er et scam firma, hører ikke fra dem når jeg skriver til dem. Køb ikke fra dem.

I placed the order on 27th November and from what I can tell from the tracking information it still has not been dispatched by the vendor. I think over a month to receive something is pretty poor. They provide no contact information on their website and no amount of emails or on-site forms have yielded any response.
