Horrendous is the only word that fits.
Review after review highlights the same issues stretching back years, yet there appears to be no learning, improvement, or accountability.
I am a veteran, time-served in HM Armed Forces, and I suffer from undiagnosed tinnitus. From the outset, my experience with this firm has been deeply frustrating. I was sent dozens of emails repeatedly requesting the same information, which I had already provided in full in response to the very first request. Despite this, there was no acknowledgement, and the same request continued to be sent over and over again.
Phone contact has been equally poor. Calls are made at inconvenient times, so I arranged callbacks with specific dates and times. These were acknowledged, then completely ignored. Instead, I receive calls whenever it suits them, with no regard for what was agreed.
This is an absolute mockery of a professional service.
To be clear, this is not a criticism of the customer-facing staff. This is a systemic failure driven by poor processes and weak management or directorship. There is a clear lack of customer values, ownership, and any form of continuous improvement.
Given the pattern of responses seen publicly, I fully expect a generic, copy-and-paste reply to this review, followed by—once again—no meaningful change.

I would like to offer my sincere thanks to KP Law for obtaining compensation for a recent claim.From the initial consultation, they have acted in the most professional way, offering guidance and help and most importantly keeping me advised at every step - hardly a month going by without the latest updates to my case. KP Law offer an excellent service, they were able to keep me fully updated throughout my case which made me feel at ease. As I'm not very good with technology they helped me with everything and nothing was every too much trouble. Alot of my conversations were via calls which was easy to follow. Thankyou for providing me with a professional and informative service.

I would highly recommend KP Law. I have had an excellent experience dealing with them. Throughout they have been kind, compassionate and looked out for my interests. If I had to call to ask a question my experience was that no question was too small or insignificant. I was updated fully along the way by either phone call or email and if I had queries was informed I could call anytime.

KP Law took over from another solicitor’s firm and kept me up to date with my claim. Although it took a long time eventually it came through and I am delighted. If I ever called to find out what was the latest information, my call was handled politely and an update provided . On occasion it took awhile but this was due to the company in question not the firm .

A good experience for me with the team at KP Law. Each associate that contacted me has been kind and compassionate, and explained everything in detail. Emails have been replied to and follow up phone calls made after contact.
I do agree with past reviews that fees are extremely high, but no different to other law firms, and i understand the reasons given.

Mine has been quite a long process.
From start to semi completion (which is where we currently are) I have found all colleagues at KP Law, enormously helpful, patient and kind.
Easy to contact, easy to speak with.
They maintained contact with me keeping me updated.
Any questions I had they answered promptly.
There was no information that I needed that wasn’t to my knowledge provided promptly and honestly.
I’m always a little reluctant to comment as everyone will have a different experience.
But from my point of view I have felt like my situation was being handled by people who genuinely cared.

There was help all the way very fast to answer emails. I could not have done this without them

I wouldn't bother using this law firm. They are tremendously incompetent and a complete waste of time - I used them for a JD Sports date breach where customer's information and details were stolen in a hack. They take almost a year to provide each update and never actually do anything. Stay clear and use someone else who may be able to provide you with some sort of service. I am furious to be honest - You have to jump through hoops providing them this and that information all to be told - Computer says no!! Jokers!!

Easy sign up process, excellent response time …so far so good

Absolutely the worst engagement I have ever experienced.

They call, you miss the call. You call back, to be greeted with a full voicemail inbox and an automatic hangup.

They send an email. You respond to email and attach personal identifying documents. They do not acknowledge receipt of your personal data. Then send you another email asking to confirm your name, age, service...

Not impressed. I have asked them to stop processing my information...

I clicked on their link on LinkedIn to start a hearing loss claim as I'd been in the Army for 22 years. I called them twice, but they didn't call back like they said they would. I then got daily emails stating they'd tried to contact me, which they hadn't. I then answered some questions on one of their emails and then got someone who sounded like they were in a call centre in Africa. I told them I'd be available the next day. Then got another call a few hours later from a call centre about the questionnaires. They're a bit 'chip shop' 'ambulance chaser' types I think. I'll take the claim with a company a bit more professional.
23/12/2025 : These people are relentless. Voicemail messages all the time. They're a bit desperate.

I thought the experience was good because you got back straight away to tell me you are going to try and sort it out

You did exactly what you said you would fast effective and on the ball you advised me at every stage and paid out when you said

Re. Dixons/Currys Data Breach. KP Law did what they said they would do. The asymmetry between the courts and the consumer is too wide and that is why many claims fail. I won't going to Dixons/Currys again, that's for sure.
