I would appreciate it if you could track the attached email. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates and feel that my concerns are being ignored. This lack of communication has left me very disappointed with the level of service provided. I am requesting a full refund as soon as possible, as I feel compelled to take legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

WORST COMPANY EVER TO BUY FROM!!!!! They scam people out of money! First of all there size charts arent accurate because I ordered 31 in US and they still were too big per their charts, second of all they dont let you return for different size and the jeans dont look the same in person vs internet! Big Fraud!! You cant get a refund and or credit! KSUBI IS AWFUL!!!!! Waste of money!!!!

I have the same experience as everyone in the reviews have had. I purchased 2 jeans on sale. They sent me 2 damaged and discolored jeans. The jeans are not wearable. I called to try and exchange and of course they said because it was bought on sale they can't exchange it at all. THEY SOLD ME DAMAGED ITEMS FOR SALE PRICES SO YOU CANT RETURN THEM.

I purchased an expensive jacket I had my eye on for a while and seized the opportunity when it had been marked down. I wanted to make sure I purchased the correct size so I looked at the models measurements which were a copy of my height and shape. I even went down a size to make sure it was slightly more fitted. When it arrived I tried the jacket on and it was EXTREMELY oversized - I can't emphasise this enough. After contacting customer service they advised I'm not eligible to exchange it for a smaller size since the jacket was on sale, and they cannot arrange an exchange due to their policy. I even confirmed with the ACCC and relayed to Ksubi that because the jacket didn't match the description and photos as advertised I have the right for a resolution. I even went as far as asking to pay for postage. Their response remained consistent and I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this brand. It's clear after reading plenty of reviews this is a persistent issue and no doubt they are continuing to lose new and existing customers because of it.

Over the boxing day festive season heaps of items had been marked down. I wasn't aware that buying my $100 skirt marked down from $200 during this time meant I am unable to exchange if the fit wasn't quite right for me, especially being an unusual cut item.

I'm happy to pay for postage there and back, it would be back with them within 2 weeks of them sending out to me and all I needed was a size or 2 down but no, because the item was marked down no exchanges are allowed.

When sale stuff is usually not able to be returned it's because it's marked ridiculously cheap, not $100. I've never came across a company with higher end goods with such a policy, it almost makes it feel cheaper than most.

Do yourself a favour and make sure you have a tape measure, don't even buy a gift for someone or just shop somewhere with more human policy.

Maybe if we're all lucky ksubi will stop shipping out time bags with their products and just let us correct the size of the product instead

The items I purchased were gifts and ran very large.
They were 40% off and when I went to return I found out sale items cant be returned. No disclosure at purchase of final sale .... Purchase from a vendor that accepts returns. What a huge waste of money for something no one can use and the quality was not worth the price even on sale. Very disappointed. Final sale should be marked very clearly. Deceit is just wrong.

At one time, I loved Ksui. My recent Black Friday online purchase has changed that. My order was slow to arrive, and once it got here, the size and style did not meet my liking. Typically, Ksubi was small, but these were very oversized. There was a special sale, like many retailers. However, an expand button needs to be clicked before being visible, which makes a note of their NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN, NO STORE CREDIT policy on all sale items.

The policy was only clear if you were looking at it in expanded. What is more, it is holiday shopping time. How many people know the sizes of all those on their shopping list?

The story's moral here is DO NOT SHOW KSUBI unless you go to a location and try it on. However, this experience has soured me on all things KSUBI.

Buyers beware!

Purchased 3 medium tees, all labelled M all there have vastly different sizes even though two are the exact same fit as per website.

Larges one is sized like an XL. Won't accept return - have to peruse via bank/consumer affairs.

Avoid at all cost.

I ordered during Black Friday sales. They waited a day before delivery to cancel my order stating that they were out of stock. I waited an entire week paid extra for 2 day delivery just to wait 7 days and a day before the concert for them to send a email stating they have issued a refund. Very unprofessional I’ll never shop there again

They hide there exchange policy (you have to click through links on the page to find) so unless you are looking for it you will not know that you cannot exchange an item that is on sale.
Poor considering most other companies have no issue exchanging providing the item is not damaged or used.
Will not buy from them again!

What a joke.. I ordered from overseas to a friend in the US and accidentally placed the billing and shipping address as the same. They reached out to me and asked me to send them a bunch of documents back and forth for 3 days and instead of changing my billing addresss they ended up canceling my order. Needless to say I haven't re ordered the items and will not purchase there again

Bought a Ksubi letterman jacket and it was poorly cut and the collar wasn't even aligned properly. Had to go through SO MANY f-ing hoops to return and get my refund. What a terrible fall from grace - this once great company should no longer have the right to sell such awful merchandise - especially not at their 'designer' prices. Total joke.

Bought a pair of jeans on sale for 130, no where did it indicate it was usd so ended up spending 180 instead, also ended up having to pay 70+ in duties so could’ve bought them new normal price for cheaper from ssense.

ksubi.ca website price are in USD but you wont know until the end in the cart thats if you are even paying attention, then when they ship it you will be hit with theft import duty tax. company is a scam artist

If I would give this I would give it a zero I got my ksubi stolen and they aren’t willing to give me a pair of jeans back even tho I contact them so many times and checked every where it kept saying that it’s delivered and I never even received it. So I had to email them they never got to help me. Moreover, they said that the shipping address isn’t correct which it’s not clear because I did the correct shipping address and didn’t receive the jeans nor was the jeans anywhere to be found not even in the mail spot like it’s kinda of the delivery man fault just like put the damn shi and I’ll take it or it’s someone that stole it but I’m not happy what’s all I lost 350 dollars and they aren’t tryna give me a refund or another jeans like at this point worst customer service.

Absolutely dismal customer service. They refused to assist me in any way and insisted on wasting both their own and my resources by sending me a product I knew would not fit rather than swapping the size and sending me the right one. Wouldn’t you save your own shipping costs and just send the right pair? Too funny. Absolutely don’t shop through their website, you can get their products much cheaper through boutiques. 😂

Extra customs and duties charges, for U.K. delivery, are extortionate. Ksubi did not make this clear when purchasing on their website. These extra charges should be included in the price for clarity
