We've waited for more than two decades for this to be completed. I almost gave up. Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Aalameen, it's now completed.

Quick delivery, but could do better with packaging and quality control.
Book came on time, and would have been in excelled condition if it weren't for the bent corners.Considering I paid over £15 for a small hardback, I expect better care during handling and packaging of these books.
Other than that, the book is of great quality and I would still order again.

Happy customer
I recieved my order within the week. Contacted them as one book was missing and they gave me option of refund or having the book delivered. I picked the book and that was delivered just yesterday

Placing an order was easy and my order arrived very quickly. I was not expecting delivery to be that fast. Thank you for the freebies too. Much appreciated

The buying experience itself was fair, customer service was downright disappointing
The buying experience itself was fair. Despite the hitch with PayPal, everything went through. Delivery was fast. What left bad taste in my mouth is the customer service on Instagram. I asked for a simple question about buying the books and what I got was a slightly mocking answer from whomever behind the account. It’s really disappointing especially coming from an Islamic book publisher that has been around for 15 years.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
After sending an email and leaving a comment on Instagram I still haven't received my book or a response. Never buying from here again

Love it!
The delivery took 2 weeks which is fine. There are a few book recommendations added which is fun. The only con is that you need to pay extra 15 euros if your order is delivered with bpost(in Belgium) but that doesn't really have anything to do with this webshop or the book. I'm happy to get my book and can't wait to start reading!! <3
