Pump parts
I was unable to purchase the part I needed through the spectra because it was out of stock but I was directed to lactation connection and they had the part I needed at a good price and I arrived to my house quickly!

Update. Customer service reached out to me, without me even contacting them and corrected the issue immediately. Highly recommend these for newborns. We were basically starving our kid with other bottles

$37 for 4 nipples
I ended up paying $37 for 4 nipples that were probably manufactured for pennies. That feels like price gouging to me. I suppose it's possible whoever they source from is the one overcharging because I couldn't find these nipples anywhere else. Economists say you should thank someone anytime you buy something because you wouldn't have done it if it wasn't worth it to you, but this didn't feel like a fair price to me.

You were a milk saver!
I needed smaller breast shields and they weren't available locally. Lactation Connection had by far the best price online. I ordered after business hours on Thursday and they were at my door Monday. I thank you, my milk supply thanks you, and my baby thanks you!

I was able to easily get a second set of pump parts for my Spectra S1. When I made an error with the shipping zip code, I emailed and received a response from someone within 24-hours; they even responded on a Saturday! I really appreciate the personal and quality customer service.
