Mycket dålig upplevelse. Vi lämnade bilen i gott skick och fick tillbaka den med en stor skada undertill och framtill. Personalen dokumenterade skadan, men detta är helt oacceptabelt. Vi vänta... Voir plus

Fantastisk service och bemötande!
Fantastisk service och bemötande. Vi fick sjudom i familjen och blev fördröjda 6 dagar. Jag kontaktade firman och det var inga problem med förlängning och de tog heller inget extra för det. Vilken service!

AVOID Landvetter parking AB AT ALL COSTS!
This parking company does not care about its customers or their cars. After picking up my BMW X6 on 2025.02.01 I discovered two significant parking damages on both sides, caused by careless managing in their own parking lot. Despite asking for caution as usual, the car was parked far too close to other vehicles. I could barely get into the car when I picked it up and the damages were discovered...
The staff's attitude, including receptionist Thomas, was ignorant and unwilling to take responsibility. After almost a month I received a diplomatically false answer that they do not take responsibility or compensate for damages that may have been caused by other cars. They have never wanted to leave any names or contact information to those responsible and clearly show that they completely give a damn.
Landvetter parking AB is completely unscrupulous and unprofessional!
Terrible service, lies, zero support. Highly recommend choosing another option, especially if you have a nicer car or don't like taking expensive risks. It's worth the extra kronor to avoid a lot of headaches and injuries with these unscrupulous clowns.
NOTE. They drive the cars out to other larger parking lots a few kilometers away after you leave and they are returned completely dirty and muddy every time, they don't even notify you, the worst part.

Thank you for your review. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and are welcome to express it.
However in response to your review we have the following to say.
1: Our customers are our first priority, we take care of cars as if they were our own, we help and assist customers in every respect.
2: We keep a distance to cars so we avoid potential damages, but we can't control if another customer parks too close. As you say you have been here before and we have taken caution every time.
3: Our staff try to handle every customer with the utmost respect, and help what they can, we however have a routine with reported damages that they need to follow, we also cant take responsibility for anything until it has been checked through properly eg. not on location.
4: We have checked through your errand and come to the conclusion that the damage was not caused by us, the reason why it took a long time was that we double checked everything and we do not respond to customers before we have a proper response.
5: We are not in the habit of giving out names or private details of our staff which includes higher ups in the organisation. I am sure this can be understood as to why we respect our staff and follow the GDPR established in the EU. WE have a routine which was followed to your complaint.
6: As said before you are entitled to your opinion, we do not share it as many of our customers would agree with us. We both support and help customers, we do have a lot of nice cars every month,some more expensive than yours.
7: As stated in our terms and conditions we move customers' cars, we have more than one parking and move cars regularly between them, we do not need to notify more than that but do at location as well. Unfortunately we can't control the weather and cars can become dirty sometimes but we do try our best to not get it dirty.
Travel carefree
Parking near the airport. Friendly staff. Fast service. We park here every time we fly from Landtvetter Airport. I heartily recommend.

Smidig parkering för bra pris
