We paid for premium which means you can turn up early and get a free drink in a different lounge which is next to your private seats. The show is awesome, different presenters, we had Neil who was funny and entertaining. Lava is fascinating to watch. You are given a piece to take home. Then back to the lounge where you can chat and drink as long as you want.

These guys are a bunch of criminals. My flight to Iceland got canceled due to weather. I attempted to call them but they never answered the phone. Instead all calls go to their voicemail where the message says to send an email for customer service. So I send them an email asking them to cancel my reservation and send a refund. They never respond. So I file a charge back with my credit card company. During the dispute process they respond to my card issuer by lying and telling them I never attempt it to contact them. What a bunch of losers.

We visited the show together with a famiky with a baby and a todler. The baby cried during the whole performence so we didn't hear much. This show is definately not suitable for such small children and the company should advise a minimum age of 4 years old, not only for the children but also for the other paying customers.

Besides that the show was definately not worth 13 800 isk. Wasted money.

Don't bother going, Go to a glass blowing factory instead. shows presenter is Scottish very hard to understand even as a native English speaker. £35 pound a head robbery.When they asked for at the end any questions i was going to ask where I get my refund but my wife wouldn't let me.

We visited the Lava Show at Vik for my 40th birthday and what a treat it was!! The bar was well stocked and the food menu and prices were great! The show itself was spectacular, and the host was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humour. The show was just mesmerising and something I never thought I’d ever see. It really is a unique and amazing experience for all ages, and a memory that will last a lifetime time!! Highly recommended to everyone visiting Iceland!
Within my review I must include a special thank you to Tom and Luca who work at the Lava Show. When I left after the show I stupidly left behind my hat, snood, gloves and thermal top which my children gave me as a gift to keep me warm on my holiday to Iceland. I contacted the venue within an hour and explained what I had done, by this time the snow was very heavy and it was dark on our drive back to Reykjavik, so we didn’t feel comfortable turning around and driving back. Let me tell you, I initially spoke to Luca on the phone who promised to look for my items and return them to me by post if found, he requested that I emailed over my details and within 5 minutes I had a response to say the items had been found and would be posted to me as soon as possible. This was on 17th December and today 27th December I took delivery of a box containing not only my missing items, but a wonderful piece of cooled lava inside a little gift bag for me to keep which I’ve now displayed in my home. I’ve asked for payment details so I can reimburse the team for the cost of postage, however I am yet to receive a response. I honestly have no words for the customer service experience I have had, and the pure act of kindness of two gentlemen who went above and beyond for a stranger for no personal gain. I am so very grateful to them both and I hope the wonderful service that they have provided and the kindness that they’ve shown me is rewarded in some way. I will be paying forward this act of kindness in their names. Thank you Tom, Luca and the Lava Show team at Vik, what lovely people you are!!
