This was a joint instruction as part of a re-mortgage. In my experience the service in such a scenario is generally not good as the mortgage company is the de-factor customer but absolutely not the case here. Very clear and timely communication and the one time I had to call for a clarification, the solicitor dealing with my case was off the desk, but another solicitor dealt with my query on the call. I would definitely recommend Blacks Solicitors based on my experience and will instruct them in the future.

I was pleased with the communication from the very start from Blacks LLP. They were always happy to answer questions and I found them to be incredibly efficient with their work. They were determined not to be the reason for any delay and it showed. Would definitely use Blacks again if we were to move.
