LCE first established itself in Bristol on Baldwin Street in the 1970s, becoming well known as a trusted dealer in new and used equipment. In 1993 a second LCE branch opened on The Horsefair, and in 2021 moved its Bristol shop to a new location on the picturesque Park Street. This newly refurbished store is regularly praised for its ample space for demonstrating products in a relaxed way as well as its modern, spacious look. We offer a wide range of services including 35mm developing and printing, sensor cleaning, camera repairs and tape transfers. Excellent Service from the London Camera Exchange
I did loads of research before purchasing my Zeiss SFL binoculars.
The store that offered the best price with 12 months interest free credit was the London Camera Exchange (LCE)
Their online service was fabulous…throughout the process they kept me updated with my order with the location of the store that were processing my purchase.
I then received my binoculars in an extremely well package box within 3 days…I would thoroughly recommend LCE.

I have not received the item yet from the courier. Poor service and poor communication from DHL. From previous experience with LCE I am sure the item will be good - assuming it arrives, of course.

I am really sorry for the delay to your online order. According to the DHL delivery logs, your parcel was delayed at the Birmingham depot for 3 days with no explanation why.
In future we will do better with our communication on our side, even if the fault is with the courier.

Swarovski part exchange with Mark at the Bristol shop.
I dealt with Mark in the Bristol office and he gave me excellent service. I traded in my large telescopes in part exchange for the new swarovski balance scope. I was offered a very fair part exchange price, and all of my dealings were handled in a very professional, and competent manner.
