Purchased an Insta360 X5.
I rang the Gloucester store beforehand— they were incredibly helpful and went through different cameras and then kindly put the item aside for me to collect.
When I went into the store, the team were fantastic. They took the time to go through the product with me and made the whole purchasing experience really enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and team.

The service I received from LCA was excellent as expected, having bought from LCA numerous times over the decades. Communication and delivery were all as you’d want, with the items I ordered well packaged. Both the Peak Design Slide Lite camera strap and the Peak Design Everyday Sling were reasonably priced with the discount, although I would still say that they are expensive for what they are. I will happily look to LCA (any of their branches) again in the near future when looking to add to my kit.

Have been eyeing this one for a while and with the Black Friday deals, had to buy it. Chris from the LCE showed me what it was capable of which has changed my perspective on my photography. Although expensive, if you can afford it, it’s a piece of kit that has me wanting to get out there and see what it can do.

Fab, from start to finish. I'd emailed, at night about possibly trading in and buying some equipment. Very first thing the following morning I had a really helpful reply from Simon - they could offer me a great price on my camera and also had a great deal on the new one. I went straight to the shop and spent ages with Chris as he showed me the various features I was hoping to get to grips with. Excellent company, really accommodating and knowledgeable. Couldn't be more pleased.
