Excellent advice and a brilliant camera & lenses!
Thrilled with my purchase of a Lumix S5ii plus lenses from the Guildford branch. The advice given by Joe was excellent and he steered me to products that both fitted my budget and ticked all the boxes of requirements and taste. Top class service from start to finish - thank-you!

Super fast delivery and excellent instore service
Was looking for fog/waterproof lightweight binocs for wildlife watching. Originally looked at binocs in LCE London store, and got to try a few there. Ordered Vortex Bantam binocs online and they were out for delivery the next day! I wanted to compare these with Nikon 8x30 and went into the Guildford store. Again staff v helpful. I decided to keep the Vortex Bantam pair and store assistant put the strap on them for me! Delighted with the Bantams.

Fantastic service
The camera was brought in to the shop to demo to me - other shops wouldn’t do that! The expert was great and explained everything about the camera.

Trustworthy for secondhand items!
I ordered a used camera listed as good condition and it came as described, clean as a whistle, in excellent shape. Communication with the shop was quick and helpful, and my item was delivered in 2 working days.

I’ve bought many items from LCE and staff have been very good and customer service has been great,bought many secondhand items and give you 6 month warranty,I’ve had to use warranty once and they got item repaired and back to me with a great service

Fast service and lens was as described. Only disadvantage was I had to wait for it because I was away and they only deliver to the cardholder's registered address (for security/fraud prevention reasons).

Great price, great service
I bought a 2nd hand Sigma 150-600 for my Sony camera. The price was very good, the lens was very well packed and arrived on time. When new it comes with a soft cover, which I didn't receive, presumably the original vendor didn't hand it over. I rang the shop and they were very helpful, looked for it and rang to say they didn't have it. Good customer service.
