London Camera Exchange have been established in Leamington Spa for well over 30 years and moved to their current location in the town in 1999. In Leamington we offer a wide range of services including new and used cameras, part exchange, passport/ID photos, instant prints and sensor cleaning to name but a few. The friendly and knowledgeable team boast more than 75 years of experience in photographic retail and have a wide and varied knowledge of many aspects of photography.

traded in my old lens and received a fair price. Purchased a used lens which was dispatched very quickly and arrived the next day. new lens was in excellent condition as described.
I wound not hesitate using LCE again

Don’t bother with used
Ordered a pair of used binoculars that were supposedly 4* condition £180 Zeiss vs £315 new, absolutely stank of cigarette smoke which wasn’t described. Ordered a different pair again 4* £400 Swarovski vs £730 new, so far out of alignment that they were unusable (double vision) - would have been covered by warranty but have requested refund. I had to pay for return shipment. Waste of time and money. Don’t bother.

Customer handling
The price was fair.
What made the difference is the customer handling.
A delivery company failed the delivery but LCE didn't leave me alone. They took care of the delivery, changed the delivery company, and followed this through until I received my lens.

When I saw the DJI camera I had to…
When I saw the DJI camera I had to think should I spend my tight money .
When I spoke to the Shop I was given a clear description . I did buy the camera and stick (Tripod)
Delivery was a little delayed but on the time fame .
The actual camera came with items I was not expecting and the state of the camera is a very good .It looked as if the previous owner took very good care , or used it very little
My Conclusion is that I am very pleased with the whole purchase and service supplied , even taking into account the delivery .

Great delivery and price
Second time ordering online from LCE as I couldn't make it to the physical store and was fast delivery again.
Prices were very competitive as always.
