Easy to navigate website. Great price on the lens I ordered. The lens was collected by DPD very soon after I'd made my payment and Alex (LCE Nottingham) sent me an email with my tracking number. The lens was delivered next day , well packaged.

Very helpful man advised me in the shop. He was patient and knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed or under pressure. I was nervous of spending so much of my hard earned money on a second hand camera body but I definitely feel I bought the right camera, thanks to his help and advice.

Always a pleasure buying from LCE. The staff are knowledgable and friendly and always helpful. The pricing is robust, though can be on the higher end. And it would be great to be able to make reasonable offers on second hand goods.
My transaction with the Nottingham team was perfect and met all the above. I would highly recommend. Well done Aaron and team.

Wonderful staff. Took multiple photos and we FINALLY uploaded an accepted passport photo to the Irish passport website after previous fails (from here and another photo provider). They kept trying though and we got there... absolute stars!! Thanks guys!

Great service at London Camera Exchange!
I thought that I had somehow broken my Nikon Z50 camera, over the weekend. The screen would not come on, and I hadn't got a clue what had happened.
And so I took my camera into the London Camera Exchange, Pelham Street, Nottingham, where a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant fixed the problem right there and then!
Apparently I had inadvertently changed the settings and turned the screen off. I am so grateful that it was fixed, and there was no fee, which in itself was astonishing.
