LCE are always fantastic, PLUS military discount!
Excellent and fast service making a purchase via telephone and online. Rapid postage and excellent condition of equipment. They answered all questions easily and are just in general a sound bunch regardless of which store i approach (i shop in person and online/phone at other stores). They are just generally excellent people.

Efficient customer service
The website showed the camera's to be awaiting stock - I emailed our local branch (Oxford) and Gareth replied very quickly, offering to let me know when they come in stock. He did when they came back online to order and although the cameras didn't come from Oxford I was able to get them in a timely manner.

Secondhand DSLR Purchase
I gave the store a call to enquire about a secondhand Nikon D610 - the representative was more than happy to acquire the product from their inventory, go over it in person and was able to give me detailed answers. They also provided a sense of professionalism & reassurance in that the item in question matched, or was better than the online description.
Upon request to receive a reserve link, I was sent one immediately & the product was hidden from their site, making it possible for me to purchase when I got home that evening.
Incredible service from this store; thank you so much for your help, and swift delivery.

Good product, poor service.
Lens was fine but LCE stuck a sticker on it that was very difficult to remove, and the delivery driver put the package on my doorstep and left without checking I was home. Won’t risk ordering from you again.

Hi Simon,
Thank you for your review. For accounting purposes, all used equipment needs to be labelled which is frustrating I know, as labels can sometimes leave a residue on the product when removed.
A good tip though, a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or lighter fluid removes these labels perfectly!
I apologise for the poor delivery by DPD, our contract with them states that parcels are not left without confirmation by the recipient, so unfortunately DPD have let us both down on this occasion.
