Legendhobby Avis 6

I have ordered from legend Hobby several times and have received my stuff in a timely manner. Better yet with "Thank You" gifts like hats, socks, candy. But now that I sent in an engine for repair I have not heard from them in 9 WEEKS no replays to my email or voice mail about the status of the repair. I even reached out thru facebook but nothing. I guess from this point, I'm at their mercy. I might have chalked it up to the holidays and people being on vacation but not answering emails and phone calls for 9 WEEKS come on please... and another thing is they have my money for a pre-ordered on another product! I'll have to wait and see about that. Legend Hobby your customer service is appalling .

Finally received my engine back after contacting a friend who kows Mean Joe at Legend Hobby. Mean Joe emailed me to let me know he'd look into the shipping delay. Still took 1 1/2 weeks to have FedEx pick up the package. Afer receiving it, I reinstalled into the aircraft and found that they DIDN'T fix the problem of the engine running VERY ROUGH at high RPM. So it took from June 10th 2025 till Aug 1st to get the engine back. They're useless!

Imagine 3 stars is the highest rating you can give. I give 2 stars for the planes and quality which are amazing and great. And one star for their customer service 😃. Absolutely shit. I’ve sent at least over 10 bloody emails and I have never gotten one response. Not one. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer emails it’s just insane. I had to reach out to a pretty well known creator who I know is sponsored by legend hobbies and I had to ask him personally to get in touch with them for me. Thankfully he saw my dm and responded so that’s the one time I got help. They don’t respond anymore

Legend Hobby has nice looking planes but the horrible customer service has ruined it for me. I will never order from them again

Fantastic service with affordable price and very reasonable oversized item shipping charges on our new 64" span Sea Gull Messerschmitt BF109 RC airplane model. Legend Hobby added some cool customer appreciation goodies in the kit, including a nice pair of warm Warbird logo socks and a Legend Hobby thermal mug for winter building season. We have found our Warbird dealer and look forward to doing more RC business with Legend Hobby in the very near future.
