I was having trouble igniting my Grillstream BBQ so contacted Leisuregrow customer services.
I would like to thank you for your brilliant customer service, from my first call to Trudie, who did everything she could to help me, to yourself James for arranging to send the part so I could repair my BBQ. It is now working again! Your customer service was first class, thank you so much.

I contacted the consumer customer service dept and I was responded to within 24 hours.
The gentleman “James” who responded was first class and resolved the issue without any delay what-so ever.
First class service and I would buy from this company again without hesitation.

Such a great customer service…
Such a great customer service experience.
I bought my garden furniture locally some 5 years ago. Good quality and years of enjoyment so far.
Then , I noticed that a few fixings , nuts bolts , washers and the such like had come loose.
I contacted the company via e mail explaining my situation and sent a few pictures.
Within a day I had a reply , and without any cost or quibbling , they sent me a full set of fixings for my furniture that I’ve now used.
Bingo , a secure set of garden furniture again.

Absolutely outstanding customer support. I had an issue with a burner not lighting as it should. I sent the video to their customer service email and received comprehensive advice about how to swiftly resolve the issue and it worked. James Paton really helped me and I can only recommend them for the product and after sales service too.

Great customer service
Ordered a corner sofa set from a retailer who sells the LG range but had a problem with clipping the sections together. Contacted LG online customer services who quickly sorted the problem and sent out a replacement section which fits perfectly! Great customer service and no issues with delivery. I recently purchased a Grillstream bbq from John Lewis and I had a problem with one of the burner ignitions

Ordered two sets of jute rope plug in garden lights. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Perfect to provide warm light to a gazebo. Only issue was one bulb wasn't working. Contacted support. Monaco Stone Large modular garden set
We went to a garden centre and viewed the quality of the furniture. We saw first hand how well made stylish and sturdy the furniture was. We then went home and viewed the website and we were spoilt for choice choosing the right garden furniture for our newly built gazebo. Luckily we found the perfect set for us in the sale too and placed our order. Once placed Leisuregrow were excellent with delivery updates even down to being able to arrange a suitable delivery date. Upon delivery we had a few issues namely one box being damaged and unfortunately the glass table top within this box was chipped. We also noticed a flawed on a cushion. We got on touch with Leisuregrow and the customer service was impeccable they sorted sending replacements and as a gesture of goodwill are sending some extras which I look forward to receiving in the next few days.
Overall I highly recommend using the company as the quality and customer service are the best !!!!!!!. Thank you 😊

The customer service I received from James at Lg furniture was exceptional. The weave on a small garden side table had broken, underneath the glass top and looked unsightly. The table was just out of guarantee, as a gesture of goodwill James kindly replaced the table for me. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic service from a really friendly and caring team
I purchased one of their table and dining sets a good few years ago now. Most of it is an excellent condition, but the weave on the tabletop is starting to break up a little although this is not really causing a problem as it is covered in glass, it’s just noticeable. I contacted LG and spoke with James about a replacement table, which of course we were happy to pay for. The service we received was exceptional, and although we didn’t come to a conclusion on this occasion, we will certainly look at their products again in the future.
Well done to James and his team who provided service way above and beyond expected and they were a pleasure to work with.

I never leave feedback for companies or products HOWEVER my Grillstream BBQ wasn’t working and so I looked up the manufacturer online and immediately managed to get through to David in customer support. No waiting no chatbot!
David talked me through troubleshooting the issue and after a patient 15 minutes decided that I needed a new gas regulator. He put one in the post the same day which arrived by DPD the next day. A simple switch out of the new part solved my problem.
If only all customer support could be this courteous and helpful! Terry of Poole
