My dealings with leisure lakes bikes was really good,there were some issues which were out of their control,the main one being Parcelforce who sent the bike to the wrong delivery depot twice but eventually after nearly a week and a half the bike got delivered.The staff at leisure lakes bikes were really helpful though....

Bought quite a few bits of kit from Leisure Lakes at Frodsham. Always a nice visit, pleasant staff, good selection of stuff in store and easy to get click and collect orders sent there. On this occasion it was Fidlock accessories which have worked perfectly on their first ride. Only problem when going to Leisure Lakes is bike temptation - which is my own personal problem! Great business!

Great staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought a new Cube Agree thanks to the advice from the staff at the shop, they we're able to hear the features that I wanted and suggest different models at different prices to help me get the best value I could. They were even happy to get bikes in that I wasn't specifically looking at so I could have a sit on them to test for size and comfort.

Fantastic shop and great team of staff! Very knowledgeable, experienced and happy to help. I got my current bike from here and service was so good that we just got my 11 year old their first full suspension bike from here too. Great deals to be had year round and if they don't have it in stock they are always really helpful at either ordering it in or letting you know where you can get it.

Also, from a service and maintenance side I can honestly say that I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else, their quality is second to none! I can't say enough good things to be honest. Customer for life right here
