Went in for a break bleed today, they had a lot on, my brother worked there and he said it maybe done for Monday - Wednesday went in at 9:20 ish, bleed was done for apparently 10am same day picked up... Voir plus

Incredible shop
An absolutely amazing purchase the whole shop overall provides everything you need i got a helmet and it fits nice, the speed of shipping in insanely fast and the shop has everything you need.

Shop support for un-obtainable item
I had ordered an item from Leisure Lakes and after 4 months the item had not arrived, the manufacturers could not supply it. The shop assistant investigated the item and came up with an alternative supplier for the same thing at as very similar price. New part has fitted the bill. That's dedication to get a satisfied customer

i ordered two bike tyres 17 days ago…
i ordered two bike tyres 17 days ago and it said pick up with in 15 days i phoned them yesterday and he just said you will get a email when they come in if i don’t get them by Friday i want a full refund and i will go somewhere else not happy and my grandson isn’t After talking to Wayne at Leisure Lakes Bikes in Leeds he said it was down to the suppliers they didn’t tell them that they only had one tyre and i am very grateful for what Wayne did for me and gave me two tyres today the 21st so i would like to give Wayne 5 stars for sorting it out and also to Leisure Lakes Bikes i will use them again many thanks again

Hey Ann, thanks for leaving us with this feedback.
Very sorry to hear this hasn't been such a smooth process for you on this order. From what I can see on my side of the system, it looks like we have one of the two tyres but are still waiting for the 2nd one to arrive in from our suppliers.
I've asked Leeds to keep a very keen eye on this order and update you as much as possible. I hope we can get these to you soon.

Very helpful and good service. Ordered 2 coats on line to collect in store as issues with size previously. Promptly Informed that ready for collection, Helpful staff re fitting and other advice. No issues with returning and refunding the one that wasn't needed.

Fast and efficient service - Great Team in Leeds
I called in off chance with a puncture on my road bike. Despite being busy, the team whisked the bike off and fitted a new tube in no time at all getting me back on the road.
I took the opportunity to purchase a spare inner tube and tyre levers.
