Purchased a new bike for my lad, bike picked a couple of days later. The boys in the Newport branch were just really nice guys, really friendly, nothing to much bother.

Effortlessly efficient, when collect my sons bike the guy in the shop was super friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure.

Entered the shop and was immediately welcomed with a rude and awkward greeting. The mechanic has a serious attitude and doesn't want to help at all. The manager isn't much better.
Told me my new bike was a write off and dangerous to use, no empathy or resolutions given at all.
Since then had two professionals inspect the bike as I wanted to be sure and they have told me absolutely nothing wrong with it Can't make my mine up whether they are just incompetent or trying to scam me into buying a new bike.
They need to go on a customer service course on how to treat customers. Shame as they are a local shop and had the service not been so apaulling I would have been a repeat customer. Now I will never s set foot back in there again.
One guy the shorter of the 3 was helpful but appalling service from the others makes this hard to notice

Easy to buy on line and pick up from store - the guys were really helpful in store and happy for me to exchange items for smaller size.

Very easy to order, descriptions were perfect, easy to navigate website. When the bike arrives the packaging was substantial and the instructions were easy to follow.
The paperwork, instructions and tools were all I needed and were in a very useful box.
Although not a Leisure Lakes issue Parcel Force, who delivered the bike were very slow and inefficient.
