BOTTOM BRACKET
Took my MTB in for urgent work. Wasn't booked in. Had to wait for a short time but managed to squeeze the job in just before the workshop closed. Andy Ramsdale the manager took the job on himself. 5*

Don’t waste your time…shop elsewhere
Today rang to check stock of a product told I stock product put aside drove 40mins to find out stock was not instock
Previously visited with my kids and even they said the vibe of the shop was stone cold with zero customer service
Will not shop with these again based on this.
Basic service failed multiple times.
Tried to support local bricks and mortar stores but genuinely don’t think they care one bit

Great service and quick pickup
Easy to search and order online and great customer service when I click and collected with the staff member being very friendly and letting me try the helmet I bought on before heading off. Great service and efficient to pick up.
