The guy in the shop was very helpful and gave sound advice. I think its crucial to sit on the bike before you buy. I bought one recently just going off measurements but, even if they're right, that won't really tell you about your riding position. I had to send that bike back. With a good range in store at Leisure Lakes it meant I could the right fit. Its important. I'm 6ft tall, but need a medium size frame as my legs are short. Think ET's Dad. As soon as I sat on my Specialized Turbo Vado SL, I knew it was spot on. The bike came in 5 days, fully set up. Great job, and they price matched too!

Purchased new brakes and chainring for my sons mountain bike and nothing was a problem,the service and knowledge was brilliant.Wish more places had staff like this.

Before christmas I changed my mind about cycle which they had already built, Iasked could i change. This was not a problem for them, built a different cycle dispite being a busy time before christmas. Excellent staff and service.

Spokes to a guy called Ali absolutely amazing customer service went out his way to sort my bike out made wentvin there with a unsafe unroad worthy bike 20 mins later came out with it slimed and ready to use and ride didn't even charge me labour, I will be going bk for sure brilliant customer service from Ali.

We have recently bought a couple of bikes from leisure lakes bikes at mere brow Preston. My son had lost a part for his bike and had also damaged the wheel. we were due to go away to the lakes that day and despite the fact there was nobody on site that could fix it in time Jay went above and beyond to help us and got it fixed. Top man, top place, great service
