Easy to order and collect, everything done as expected. Staff were friendly.

Visited the Southampton branch inside the GoOutdoors store. Was looking for winter mtb clothing. The assistant was very approachable and attentive. The shop layout was good with a great selection of products. I hope they put a leisure lakes in GoOutdoors Basingstoke.

Had ordered a new helmet online and found sizing incorrect. Called Southampton as my nearest store and spoke to Lolly. She confirmed some options in store for me to look at. When I arrived she greeted me with a smile and helped me try options to find the right size helmet and exchange the one I had ordered. All very easy and she has a great knowledge of both product and the local and not so local mtb community. Awesome well deserving of 5 stars

I bought an Orbea Wild from Leisure Lakes in March of this year, which unfortunately had to have the frame replaced under warranty. Whilst the whole process took some time, Peter, the Southampton branch manager kept me regularly updated and even offered to loan me his personal bike to allow me to race whilst my bike was unavailable. He made the whole process as painless as possible. He is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and I would recommend anyone to shop with Leisure Lakes in Southampton.

Great service! I had a question about the Di2 that came with the bike I purchased a few weeks ago and it seemed the coil battery had lost its charge way too soon.
It seems it shiuld last at least a ciupme of yeara so LLB offered to reimburse me for the cost of the battery.

I bought a new Trek bike last week at the Southampton store (Millbrook). Very calm and spacious environment within Go Outdoors. Easy parking. Very happy with the service. Readily helped with all my queries setting up the bike. All round a really good buying experience. Would recommend.

Amazing service. After a poor experience with a different online company I called leisure bikes and they said they could have my chosen bike ready that afternoon.
We collected the bike and they altered the handlebars for my son on site so it was fully ready to ride.

There were some initial delays in progressing my order due to supply issues from the manufacturer, but once flagged, the team went above and beyond to find one and post it out quickly so that it arrived in time for my little one’s birthday. Thank you!
