Really enthusiastic and helpful team at the York store with great advice on buying a gravel bike and then tips on best set-up and maintenance.

Used click & collect service, required part was there within 3days (initial quote was 10 days). Well informed of progress at all times.

Bike arrived in a coupe of days. Everything in order. Excellent quality and service. Highly recommended.

Easy to order on line, items did jot fit but absolutely no issue returning to store in York, money straight back into account and better sizing ordered picked up 3 days later. Thank you great service .

Went into the York store , wanting to spend roughly £500 on a bike for my little girl who’s 6. The guy in the shop couldent of been anymore unhelpful if he tried . Rude & arrogant . Cared more about reading something on the internet .
I will take my money elsewhere thank you . Don’t use these people if you want good customer service.

Found my sons new bike online, they gave the option for collection which I used. The bike was ready for collection in a few days which was great. Handover was good and informative.

Great staff, really helpful. Exactly what you want when making a significant purchase. This is actually the second time in two weeks I've bought a bike from here. Reason I went back is because the customer service was so good the first time around.

It's been a long time since I've had customer service like I had today. I went up to pick up a bike I'd bought for my son and two employees really took the time to show him everything on the bike, set the sag and ride height. My lad was made up and I was that the two employees really spent time explaining everything to him and I. I've actually come home, ordered a cycle to work scheme voucher and am going to order the same bike as my lad in a bigger size from the same store!

These guys went out of their way to sort out my bike.
My father won a Brompton bike in a competition in 2022 but unfortunately was too ill to ride it. When it came time for it to be passed on to my daughter there were issues with the bike as it had been stored for three years. With the kind help of Brompton they sorted it out for just the cost of a diagnostic. Really nice to find companies with a moral compass and a genuine desire to help. Thank you guys, it's much appreciated.
