I have received this order very disappointed no instructions of how to administer or assemble no Use by date no information as who supplies the product

Ordered a product from this site I saw on Instagram and tried to cancel it immediately after making the purchase due to reviews I saw here on TrustPilot. Merchant refused to cancel the order despite it only being minutes after the purchase that I tried to cancel. Several weeks later I received the product but instead of there being 8 items (2 sets, 4 items per set), there was only 1 item in the shipment. I've since contested the charges with paypal and my credit card

What a shame that I can not leave a zero star rating.
I ordered the 2 in 1 make up and it never arrived. When I contacted customer service they informed me that it had been delivered and that I had to contact my post office to locate it. So, I did. The tracking number that was provided does not exist in the postal system. So I contacted customer service again and they gave me another tracking number. Guess what! That one doesn't exist either. So I contacted them again and they gave ne a third tracking number. And again, it does not exist in the system. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, especially since I paid extra for shipping insurance, and they refuse. They keep saying that I receivedit and there is nothing else they will do. I do nit recommend this company at all. They are a scam and will rob you blind. $60+ may not seem like alot but it is.

I ordered some pretty dish cloths for my kitchen a few months ago and never received the products. There was no communication whatsoever. I spent $44.17.
They stated they were giving a $I0.34 discount. I even purchased so-called shipping insurance, but I don't know how to or even if I can follow-up and get my money back. I should have heeded the reviews or the information shown. When you see "poor" written on a review, don't make the purchase.

Ordered my bras on October the 2nd and it is November 19th and I still have not received them. I contacted their support and they said there’s a problem with my shipment . When I track the package there are no updates since November 9th. I hope I get my products but I will not be buying from them again!

What a joke. Ordered the bras (3) and they took forever to arrive. When they came they were way too small. I’m a 46DDD and it was more like a 36A! I finally got one on (it was so tight) and my girls fell out of the top! Then offered me $3 refund! After various emails they offered $6. They should be shut down!

TOTAL SCAM!!! Do NOT order from this Co. To get a refund for misrepresented product you have to return to China within a limited amount of time - it will probably cost more to ship than what you paid for the item. PayPal did NOT stand behind me on this.

Ordered a 3 Bra package was given a total of $23.70 at check out and my card was charged $39.90. I notified them of the overcharge and they told me that there is no order in my name. I sent them the order number and I was informed that my order had shipped. I received my order and they to small. I couldn’t even get them on. I asked about exchanging them and they finally found my order and after sending photos verifying my order they said the size sent is correct for the size I wear… IN WHAT UNIVERSE??? They then told me that I could get $4 USD for my trouble and I should give them to someone else. Just walk away… This company is a scam.

Do not order from this company!!!!They are are scam. They post merchandise but the items are cheaply made and not what you really order. I ordered the 3 bra's which were supposed to be $19.99 but they charged my card for $40.00. I tried to return the bras and they offer me a refund of $4. The bras were basically a spandex training bra with a pad inside. No support and the size was an A cup and not a D cup. They refused to refund me so I had to dispute it with my credit card company! They operate under 3 different company names but don't be fooled this stuff comes from a warehouse overseas and is cheaply made. I'd have better luck with TEMU for half the price.

Wrong size. Offered $2 back,or me to ship it to China were their warehouse is. This company is a total scam. Steals your money DONT ORDER

This company is a joke. I asked them to cancel my order but they didn’t and then replied to me saying sorry we didn’t see your email, but it’s already been sent. I was also overcharged by them. I asked them for return information. They would not give it to me until I receive the item. I asked continuously for three weeks for the return information. They refused to give it to me. Once I receive the item, I again asked for return information. They refused to give it to me going on to tell me I was a valued customer and they wanted to make it right. They offered me $2 then asked me if I had any other ideas as a solution. I told them that was an insult, that I wanted all of my money back and then they offered me $5. Do not shop with them. They steal and lie.

Bought 3pk of bras. Bras are made way smaller than the sizes on them but they seemed like good bras. I just wanted to exchange them for a bigger size but no all I could get was $2. This order was over $30. Please be careful when ordering that it is not this company.

Not a reputable company - I order a bottle of glue and it was not opened and only HALF FULL! I took pics and sent them and this company did nothing except sayt hey could only give me $2 back on a $35 item! plus they said that is how they sell this glue...give me a break...

This company is not a reputable company. I purchased a vegetable slicer and it was missing a safety part I immediately contacted them, and they responded, I will give you $1 discount. What does that mean? I need the missing piece. I went back-and-forth back-and-forth via PayPal link and they just would not send me the missing piece. Finally, they said they will reimburse my money if I mail it back to China come on it cost a fortune to mail back to China. I just wanted the missing piece to make a long story short. Paypal took their side even though I have emails and pictures. Do not purchase from this company.!
