Unparalleled Level of Service !!!
Due to the nature of the business, I only use Lemmings occasionally for suit hire at special events
When you phone up, how many businesses would not only remember your name after 3 years, but also recall the event for which you used them previously !!!
This was the case this week when I was given a late invite to a very high profile event, and needed black tie attire within a couple of days. It epitomises the incredible and personalised detail and level off service that Jak puts into his business !
Arriving for a fitting on the morning of the event, I was greeted in such a warm manner, made a lovely cup of coffee, and Jak had everything ready for the fitting , having obviously looked at what I had ordered previously to give him an idea of sizes
Nothing is ever rushed, and his attention to detail, knowledge about clothing , and manner is up there with the best !!
We discussed the previous event I attended, he remembered details about my family given it had been my daughters wedding , and he showed genuine interest in both what had happened at that event, and in the event I was attending that night
He has also recently refitted the shop , with all the design input done by himself , and that same level of attention to detail is so evident in the design, layout and stunning feel to the shop
I seriously cannot recommend Lemmings highly enough not just for suit hire , but also the quality of men’s clothing sold as well !!
This level of service is rare these days , but categorically I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my next suit and accessories hire !!
