Thank You - Sarah in the Letting Team

Sarah in the Letting Team, was consistently proactive and highly responsive to both my calls and e-mail enquiries. Without exception, every call was answered, and if occupied on another, my calls were quickly returned. This service level, without doubt, expedited the process and ensured a seamless and successful outcome for both Landlord and Tenant.
Friendly and professional at all times, Sarah was thorough and articulate in explaining the admin requirements and patient with reminders for me to review, action or sign documents!
Both Sarah and Ben were generous with their time and expertise. They offered quality advice and guidance and I felt like I had received a total VIP experience, but at a reasonable cost.
A pleasure to deal with and Highly Recommended.

Sam replied to emails and correspondence promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the tenancy commenced on time. Outstanding support and kindness from Sam at LetsRent

We had a very positive experience with Sam at LetsRent in Southampton. He has always been helpful, kind, and ready to assist us in any situation. Even today, despite us not having the keys to the apartment yet, he immediately took care of collecting some parcels that had been delivered outside the property, showing great attention and professionalism.
We are also very happy with LetsRent as an agency overall: reliable, well-organised, and truly customer-focused. We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent!

We had a great experience with Let’s Rent Southampton from start to finish. The agency has been professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout our move.

Sam was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. We had several furniture deliveries arrive earlier than expected, before we even had the keys to our new home, and he went out of his way to collect all the parcels for us.

He was proactive, reliable, and truly caring. His support made a huge difference and gave us great peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to help.

Poor communication throughout tenancy
Didn’t help with any of the the issues with the house and then deducted almost a thousand pounds from my deposit for issues which were of no fault or my own even after explaining and disputing the fact.

We always aim to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout a tenancy and to support tenants with any reported issues, so we’re sorry if you felt this was not reflected in your experience.

In relation to the deposit deduction, we would like to clarify that no deductions are made by us unilaterally. All proposed charges were fully supported by evidence and were either agreed by all parties or reviewed and approved by the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) through their independent adjudication process. Deductions can only be awarded where the DPS determines that they are fair, reasonable, and supported by the tenancy agreement and inventory documentation.

We appreciate that deposit outcomes can be frustrating, particularly when there is a dispute, but the final decision is made independently by the DPS, not by ourselves.

We take all feedback seriously and continually review our processes to improve communication and service standards. Should you wish to discuss this further, we would be happy to review the matter with you directly.

House purchasing

Helpful/polite estate agents but needed room measurements on house details otherwise very impressed. Always available at the office or phone. 8/10 Good Job Done Thank You 😊
