We would like to sincerely thank Ebony and Levent from Liberty for their outstanding support in getting our loan approved during such a busy Christmas period and on very short notice.
We truly appreciate the extra effort they put in to guide us through the process, keep us informed, and ensure everything was handled efficiently despite the tight timeframe. We are extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and committed broker.

Unfortunate Experience
We were recommended by family, but unfortunately our experience was not to our expectations. We received poor responsiveness, everything left to last minute and repeated requests to resend documents already provided at the final hour. This was compounded with a lack of clarity and assurance in the process as first home buyers.

Great experience with Ebony

Ebony was very helpful and…is very good at finding the best loan for you dealing with Ebony was a pleasure. I did not have to lift the finger hardly.
Ebony was very helpful and understanding of my needs to Refinance with liberty Ebony is also very good at what she does. I have never dealt with Anybody in Finance like her before.if I ever need another loan or to Refinance I would not hesitate to call liberty again I was with one of the big four banks and now I am with a smaller bank that Ebony found for me with a great interest rate and it is the best thing I’ve done
