Liberty - Hayley Decru Avis

Very prompt communication. Very helpful. Answered any questions I had

Excellent communications and thorough knowledge of the industry with up-to-date offerings.

Hayley has been my 'go to' for any borrowing advice over the last couple of years. She is familiar with products available for personal, housing and SMSF loans, which she has helped me in all 3 areas. I highly recommend Hayley!

Hayley was amazing. It was a long process for us do to complex histories but Hayley stuck with us and helped at every corner. Thankyou for getting us over the line and making our dream possible

Very helpful and knowledgeable, there were issues with errors made by the lender that were not due to anything Hayley did, Hayley tenaciously followed these errors up until they were fixed, job well done Hayley, highly recommended.

Made things so simple and easy to bear whilst working and being a single father

Hayley has always been very friendly and helpful.
We will use her again when the time comes.

My unsolicited personal review of Hayley Decru (I can't speak for Liberty in general, just Hayley personally - if Hayley and Liberty were to ever part ways, I'd follow her) - I don't have much to compare her to but Hayley was absolutely fantastic. Despite this being a very difficult year she did everything she could to assist us with our refinance - she found the best deal she could and made it happen for us. It took time quite a lot of time and dedication from all involved but MOSTLY from her because she's the one doing the "hard yards", I'm not the easiest customer but she's just so professional, focussed and dedicated.
We're now on a GREAT fixed rate for the next 3 years and owe her a massive thankyou and a BIG "socially distanced" hug. I would personally recommend her to others without any hesitation.

Dealing with Hayley couldn't have been easier.
Start to finish she made the process as smooth as possible whilst being very clear with what she needed from me and organizing the rest on my behalf in order for me to pick up my new vehicle as soon as possible.

Excellent knowledge of available products on the market

It was a pleasure working with Hayley. Hayley was always there to answer questions etc and she was a great help to find the best option for us.

Hayley Decru was most helpful and did a lot of the work for us.

Hayley has been such a help with our refinancing and purchase of investment property. Whether is it calling after work hour, translating the finance lingo or giving us the reassurance we needed. Would recommend her to anyone.

Hayley was professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Haley was amazing from start to finish! We couldn’t be happier with our experience. She was so helpful and went above and beyond for us! Professional all the way!! Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you for getting us in our new home !!!
