Jenny was a breath of fresh air when it came to our search for a helpful broker/lender. Our situation was a tricky one, being a new sole trader. It took a lot of effort but she eventually was able to get us over the line and we are so grateful. Jenny Cole was absolutely fantastic assisting us to get a small home loan in Tasmania. I highly recommend her for securing a mortgage on a pension. Our circumstances were very unique, with our severely autistic boy. Our home needed to accommodate him as he ages, so it was extremely important our requirements were understood.
